  1. İsa Yerixoya daxil olub oradan keçirdi.
  2. Orada vergiyığanların rəisi olan Zakkay adlı varlı bir adam var idi.
  3. İsanın kim olduğunu görməyə can atırdı. Amma balacaboy olduğuna görə izdihamın arasından Onu görə bilmirdi.
  4. İsanı görmək üçün irəliyə qaçıb bir firon ənciri ağacına dırmaşdı. Çünki İsa oradan keçməli idi.
  5. İsa o yerə çatdıqda yuxarı baxıb onu gördü və ona dedi: «Ey Zakkay, tez aşağı düş. Bu gün Mən sənin evində qalmalıyam».
  1. And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
  2. And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.
  3. And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.
  4. And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.
  5. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.
 
 
  1. O tez aşağı düşüb İsanı sevinclə qəbul etdi.
  2. Bütün xalq bunu gördükdə deyinməyə başladı: «Gedib günahkar bir kişinin qonağı oldu!»
  3. Zakkay isə ayağa qalxıb Rəbbə belə dedi: «Ya Rəbb, əmlakımın yarısını yoxsullara verərəm və kimdən haqsızlıqla bir şey almışamsa, ona dördqat qaytaracağam».
  4. İsa ona dedi: «Bu gün bu evə xilas gəldi, çünki bu adam da İbrahimin oğludur.
  5. Çünki Bəşər Oğlu itmişləri axtarıb xilas etmək üçün gəlmişdir».
  1. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
  2. And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
  3. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
  4. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
  5. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
 
 
  1. Onlar bu şeyləri dinləyərkən İsa bir məsəl də çəkdi. Çünki O, Yerusəlimə yaxınlaşmışdı və onlar elə düşünürdülər ki, Allahın Padşahlığı dərhal üzə çıxacaq.

  3. Getməmişdən əvvəl qullarından on nəfəri çağırdı və onlara on mina pul verib dedi: “Mən gələnədək bunlarla ticarət et”.
  4. Lakin əhalisi bu adama nifrət etdi və onun ardınca elçilər göndərib dedi: “Bu adamın üzərimizdə padşah olmasını istəmirik”.
  5. O, padşah təyin olunub qayıdanda pul verdiyi həmin qulları yanına çağırtdırdı və nə qazandıqlarını öyrənmək istədi.
  1. And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.
  2. He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.
  3. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
  4. But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
  5. And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.
 
 
  1. Birincisi gəlib dedi: “Ağa, sənin bir minan on mina da qazandırdı”.
  2. Ağası ona dedi: “Afərin, yaxşı qulum! Ən kiçik bir işdə mənə sadiq olduğun üçün on şəhərin idarəsini üzərinə götür”.
  3. İkincisi gəlib dedi: “Ağa! Sənin bir minan beş mina da qazandırdı”.
  4. Ağası ona da “sən də beş şəhərə hakim ol” dedi.
  5. Bir başqası gəlib dedi: “Ağa! Budur sənin minan, onu dəsmala büküb saxlayırdım.
  1. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.
  2. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.
  3. And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.
  4. And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.
  5. And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:
 
 
  1. Çünki səndən qorxurdum, sən qəddar bir adamsan, özün qoymadığını götürürsən və özün əkmədiyini biçirsən”.
  2. Ağası ona dedi: “Ay pis qul, səni öz ağzından çıxan sözlərlə mühakimə edəcəyəm! Mənim qəddar bir adam olduğumu, özüm qoymadığımı götürdüyümü və özüm əkmədiyimi biçdiyimi bilirdinmi?
  3. Bəs onda nə üçün mənim pulumu sərraflara vermədin ki, mən qayıdanda onu faizlə geri alım?”
  4. Sonra ətrafında olanlara dedi: “Əlindəki minanı ondan alın və on minası olana verin!”
  5. Ona dedilər: “Ay ağa, axı artıq onun on minası var!”
  1. For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.
  2. And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:
  3. Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?
  4. And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.
  5. (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)
 
 
  1. O, sözünə belə davam etdi: “Sizə deyirəm: kimin varıdırsa, daha çox veriləcək, kimin yoxudursa, əlində olan da alınacaq.
  2. Mənim onların padşahı olmağımı istəməyən düşmənlərimi isə buraya gətirin və mənim gözümün qabağında qılıncdan keçirin!”»
  3. İsa bu sözləri deyib qabaqda yeriyərək Yerusəlimə doğru qalxdı.
  4. Zeytun dağı adlanan dağın yamacındakı Bet-Faqe ilə Bet-Anyaya yaxınlaşarkən şagirdlərdən ikisini göndərərək
  5. dedi: «Qarşınızdakı kəndə gedin. Oraya girəndə hələ heç kəsin minmədiyi, bağlanmış bir sıpa tapacaqsınız. Onu açıb buraya gətirin.
  1. For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.
  2. But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
  3. And when he had thus spoken, he went before, ascending up to Jerusalem.
  4. And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
  5. Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.
 
 
  1. Kim sizdən soruşsa: “Nə üçün sıpanı açırsınız?”, ona “bu sıpa Rəbbə lazımdır” deyərsiniz».
  2. Göndərilənlər gedib hər şeyin Onun dediyi kimi olduğunu gördülər.
  3. Onlar sıpanı açanda onun sahibləri onlara dedi: «Bu sıpanı nə üçün açırsınız?»
  4. Onlar cavab verdilər: «Bu sıpa Rəbbə lazımdır».
  5. Sıpanı İsanın yanına gətirdilər və öz paltarlarını sıpanın üstünə sərib İsanı onun belinə mindirdilər.
  1. And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.
  2. And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said unto them.
  3. And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?
  4. And they said, The Lord hath need of him.
  5. And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
 
 
  1. O irəli gedərkən insanlar öz paltarlarını yola döşəyirdi.
  2. İsa Zeytun dağının aşağı düşən yamacına yaxınlaşanda çoxlu şagird gördükləri bütün möcüzələr üçün sevinib uca səslə Allaha həmd etməyə başladı.
  3. Onlar deyirdi: «Rəbbin ismi ilə gələn Padşaha alqış olsun! Göydə sülh, ən ucalarda izzət olsun!»
  4. İzdihamın arasından bəzi fariseylər Ona dedilər: «Müəllim, şagirdlərinə qadağan et!»
  5. Lakin İsa cavabında onlara dedi: «Sizə bunu deyirəm ki, əgər onlar sussa, daşlar dilə gələr!»
  1. And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way.
  2. And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
  3. Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
  4. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
  5. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
 
 
  1. İsa Yerusəlimə yaxınlaşanda ona baxıb şəhər üçün ağladı.
  2. O dedi: «Ah, kaş sən də bu gün sülhə aparan yolu tanıyaydın! Amma bu yol hələlik sənin nəzərindən gizlənib.
  3. Çünki səni elə günlər gözləyir ki, düşmənlərin səni sədlə əhatə edəcək, mühasirəyə alacaq və hər yerdən sıxışdıracaqlar.
  4. Səni də, qucağındakı övladlarını da yerlə-yeksan edəcəklər. Daşını daş üstə qoymayacaqlar, çünki Allahın sənə yaxınlaşdığı zamanı anlamadın».
  5. İsa məbədə girib orada satıcılıq edənləri qovmağa başladı.
  1. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
  2. Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
  3. For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
  4. And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
  5. And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;
 
 
  1. Onlara belə dedi: «“Mənim evim dua evi olacaq” deyə yazılıb. Amma siz onu quldur yuvasına çevirmisiniz!»
  2. İsa hər gün məbəddə təlim öyrədirdi. Başçı kahinlər, ilahiyyatçılar və xalqın nüfuzlu adamları Onu öldürmək üçün yol axtarırdı,
  3. amma bunu necə edəcəklərini bilmirdilər. Çünki bütün xalq Onu böyük diqqətlə dinləyirdi.
  1. Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.
  2. And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
  3. And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.
