  1. Beləcə insanlar bizi Məsihin xidmətçiləri və Allahın sirli niyyətini yerinə yetirən idarəçiləri saysın.
  2. İdarəçilərdənsə tələb olunur ki, etibara layiq olsunlar.
  3. Siz yaxud insan məhkəməsi mənim işlərimi təhlil edirsə, bu mənim üçün çox az əhəmiyyət kəsb edir; hətta mən öz işlərimi təhlil etmirəm.
  4. Heç bir şeyə görə vicdan əzabı çəkməsəm də, beləcə özümə haqq qazandırmıram. Çünki mənim işlərimi təhlil edən Rəbdir.
  5. Buna görə də münasib vaxtdan əvvəl, yəni Rəbb gəlməyənədək heç bir işi mühakimə etməyin. O gəlib qaranlıqda gizlənən şeylərə işıq salacaq və insan ürəklərinin niyyətlərini aşkara çıxaracaq. Onda hər kəs Allahdan ona düşən tərifi alacaq.
  1. Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
  2. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
  3. But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
  4. For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
  5. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
 
 
  1. Ey qardaşlar, bizdən nümunə alaraq «yazılanlardan kənara çıxmayın» məsəlinin mənasını öyrənəsiniz deyə bunları özümə və Apolloya tətbiq etdim ki, heç kim başqasının qarşısında lovğalanıb o birisinə xor baxmasın.
  2. Axı səni kim başqalarından fərqləndirir? Nəyin var ki onu əldə etməmisən? Əgər əldə etmisənsə, nə üçün əldə etməmiş kimi öyünürsən?
  3. Siz daha doymusunuz! Siz artıq varlanmısınız! Siz bizsiz padşah olmusunuz! Kaş ki siz, doğrudan, padşah olaydınız ki, biz də sizinlə bərabər padşahlıq edəydik!
  4. Çünki mənə elə gəlir ki, Allah biz həvariləri ölümə məhkum olunanlar kimi ən sonda nümayiş etdirdi. Biz də həm dünya, həm mələklər, həm də insanlar üçün bir tamaşa olduq.
  5. Biz Məsih naminə ağılsızıq, sizsə Məsihdə ağıllısınız! Biz zəifik, siz güclüsünüz! Siz şərəfli adamsınız, bizsə hörmətsiz!
  1. And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
  2. For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
  3. Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.
  4. For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
  5. We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
 
 
  1. Bu vaxtadək biz ac-susuz və cındır içindəyik. Biz döyülürük, qalmağa yerimiz də yoxdur.
  2. Öz əllərimizlə işləyib zəhmət çəkirik. Bizə böhtan atanda xeyir-dua veririk, təqib olunanda dözürük,
  3. təhqir olunanda mülayim cavab veririk. Biz bu anadək dünyanın zibili, hamının tullantısı kimi olmuşuq.
  4. Bunları sizi utandırmaq üçün yox, sevimli övladlarım kimi sizə öyüd-nəsihət vermək üçün yazıram.
  5. Çünki sizin Məsih yolunda minlərlə mürəbbiniz olsa belə, atalarınız azdır; mən Müjdə vasitəsilə Məsih İsada olan atanız oldum.
  1. Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace;
  2. And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:
  3. Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.
  4. I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.
  5. For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
 
 
  1. Buna görə sizə yalvarıram, məndən nümunə götürün.
  2. Bu səbəbə görə Rəbdə mənə sadiq və sevimli olan oğlum Timoteyi sizin yanınıza göndərdim. O sizə hər yerdə, hər bir imanlılar cəmiyyətində öyrətdiyim kimi Məsih İsada getdiyim yolları xatırladacaq.
  3. Sizdən bəziləri elə bilir ki, mən yanınıza gəlməyəcəyəm və buna görə də lovğa-lovğa danışırlar.
  4. Amma Rəbb istəsə, mən bu yaxında yanınıza gələcəyəm. O vaxt bu lovğaların sözlərini yox, gücünü yoxlayacağam.
  5. Çünki Allahın Padşahlığı sözdən deyil, gücdən ibarətdir.
  1. Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.
  2. For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
  3. Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.
  4. But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.
  5. For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
 
 
  1. Siz nə istəyirsiniz? Yanınıza dəyənəklə, yoxsa məhəbbət və həlimlik ruhu ilə gəlim?
  1. What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?
