  1. Для сего-то я, Павел, [сделался] узником Иисуса Христа за вас язычников.
  2. Как вы слышали о домостроительстве благодати Божией, данной мне для вас,
  3. потому что мне через откровение возвещена тайна (о чем я и выше писал кратко),
  4. то вы, читая, можете усмотреть мое разумение тайны Христовой,
  5. которая не была возвещена прежним поколениям сынов человеческих, как ныне открыта святым Апостолам Его и пророкам Духом Святым,
  1. For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles--
  2. Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you,
  3. that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly.
  4. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,
  5. which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets.
 
 
  1. чтобы и язычникам быть сонаследниками, составляющими одно тело, и сопричастниками обетования Его во Христе Иисусе посредством благовествования,
  2. которого служителем сделался я по дару благодати Божией, данной мне действием силы Его.
  3. Мне, наименьшему из всех святых, дана благодать сия--благовествовать язычникам неисследимое богатство Христово
  4. и открыть всем, в чем состоит домостроительство тайны, сокрывавшейся от вечности в Боге, создавшем все Иисусом Христом,
  5. дабы ныне соделалась известною через Церковь начальствам и властям на небесах многоразличная премудрость Божия,
  1. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.
  2. I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the working of his power.
  3. Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,
  4. and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
  5. His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,
 
 
  1. по предвечному определению, которое Он исполнил во Христе Иисусе, Господе нашем,
  2. в Котором мы имеем дерзновение и надежный доступ через веру в Него.
  3. Посему прошу вас не унывать при моих ради вас скорбях, которые суть ваша слава.
  4. Для сего преклоняю колени мои пред Отцем Господа нашего Иисуса Христа,
  5. от Которого именуется всякое отечество на небесах и на земле,
  1. according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
  2. In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.
  3. I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.
  4. For this reason I kneel before the Father,
  5. from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name.
 
 
  1. да даст вам, по богатству славы Своей, крепко утвердиться Духом Его во внутреннем человеке,
  2. верою вселиться Христу в сердца ваши,
  3. чтобы вы, укорененные и утвержденные в любви, могли постигнуть со всеми святыми, что широта и долгота, и глубина и высота,
  4. и уразуметь превосходящую разумение любовь Христову, дабы вам исполниться всею полнотою Божиею.
  5. А Тому, Кто действующею в нас силою может сделать несравненно больше всего, чего мы просим, или о чем помышляем,
  1. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
  2. so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,
  3. may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
  4. and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
  5. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
 
 
  1. Тому слава в Церкви во Христе Иисусе во все роды, от века до века. Аминь.
  1. to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
