SALONİKLİLƏRƏ İKİNCİ MƏKTUBU 2 [Azerbaycan:KJV]   
 
  1. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin zühuruna və bizim Onunla birlikdə olmaq üçün toplaşmağımıza gəlincə, qardaşlar, sizdən xahiş edirik:
  2. qoy «Rəbbin günü çatmışdır» deyə iddia edən hər hansı bir ruh, bir söz yaxud guya bizdən gələn bir məktub sizi tez ağıldan çıxarıb təlaşa salmasın.
  3. Heç kim sizi heç bir şəkildə aldatmasın. Çünki əvvəl üsyan qaldırılaraq həlak edilməli qanunsuz adam meydana çıxmayınca o gün gəlməyəcək.
  4. O adam, allah adlanan yaxud səcdə edilən hər şeyə qarşı çıxaraq özünü hamıdan üstün tutacaq. Belə ki Allahın məbədində əyləşib özünün Allah olduğunu elan edəcək.
  5. Hələ yanınızda olarkən bunları sizə söylədiyim yadınızda deyilmi?
  1. Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
  2. That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
  3. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
  4. Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
  5. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
 
 
  1. Bəli, vaxtı çatanda meydana çıxsın deyə indi o adama nəyin mane olduğunu bilirsiniz.
  2. Hələ indi də qanunsuzluğun sirli gücü fəaliyyətdədir. Ancaq hələlik həmin gücə mane olan şəxs aradan qalxanadək belə olacaq.
  3. Sonra həmin qanunsuz adam meydana çıxacaq və Rəbb İsa onu ağzından çıxan nəfəsi ilə öldürəcək, Öz zühurunun əzəməti ilə məhv edəcək.
  4. Bu qanunsuz adam Şeytanın fəaliyyətinə əsaslanaraq hər cür yalan möcüzə, əlamət və xariqələrlə
  5. və həmçinin hər cür haqsızlığın hiyləsi ilə gələcək ki, həqiqəti sevərək xilas olmaq əvəzinə, bunu rədd etdikləri üçün həlak olacaq insanları aldatsın.
  1. And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
  2. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
  3. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
  4. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
  5. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
 
 
  1. Buna görə Allah onların üzərinə aldadıcı bir qüvvə göndərir ki, yalana inansınlar.
  2. Belə ki həqiqətə inanmayıb haqsızlıq etməkdən zövq alanların hamısı mühakimə olunsun.
  3. Bizsə, ey Rəbbin sevdiyi qardaşlar, sizin üçün həmişə Allaha şükür etməliyik. Çünki Allah başlanğıcdan sizi Ruhun təqdisi və həqiqətə iman vasitəsilə xilas üçün seçdi.
  4. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin izzətinə nail olmağınız üçün O bizim yaydığımız Müjdə ilə sizi bu xilasa çağırdı.
  5. Beləliklə, qardaşlar, möhkəm dayanın və sözümüz yaxud məktubumuz vasitəsilə öyrəndiyiniz təlimlərə bağlı qalın.
  1. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
  2. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
  3. But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
  4. Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  5. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
 
 
  1. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin Özü və bizi sevib lütfü ilə əbədi cəsarət və xeyirli ümid verən Atamız Allah
  2. sizi ürəkləndirsin, hər yaxşı söz və əməldə möhkəmləndirsin.
  1. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
  2. Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
