  1. Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who reside as aliens, scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, who are chosen
  2. according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace be yours in the fullest measure.
  3. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
  4. to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
  5. who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
  1. İsa Məsihin həvarisi mən Peterdən seçilmiş, Pont, Qalatiya, Kappadokiya, Asiya vilayəti və Bitinyaya yayılmış qəriblərə salam!
  2. Ata Allahın qabaqcadan bilməsinə görə siz Ruh tərəfindən təqdis olunaraq İsa Məsihə itaət etməniz və Onun qanının üzərinizə səpilməsi üçün seçilmisiniz. Qoy lütf və sülh sizə bol-bol verilsin!
  3. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin Allahına – Atasına alqış olsun! O Öz böyük mərhəmətinə görə yenidən doğulmamızı təmin etdi. İsa Məsihin ölülər arasından dirilməsi ilə bizi canlı ümidə,
  4. çürüməz, ləkəsiz, solmaz bir irsə qovuşdurdu. Bu irs sizin üçün göylərdə saxlanılır.
  5. Siz Allahın qüdrəti ilə axır zamanda aşkar olunmağa hazır olan xilas üçün iman vasitəsilə qorunursunuz.
 
 
  1. In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials,
  2. so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
  3. and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,
  4. obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.
  5. As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries,
  1. Buna görə hal-hazırda qısa bir müddət cürbəcür sınaqlarda kədərə düşməyə məcbur olsanız da, hədsiz sevinirsiniz;
  2. belə ki imanınızın sınaqdan keçməsi İsa Məsihin zühurunda sizə tərif, izzət və şərəf gətirsin. Bu imanınız odla təmizlənsə belə, fani qızıldan daha çox dəyərlidir.
  3. Siz İsa Məsihi görməmisiniz, amma Onu sevirsiniz. Hətta siz Onu indi də görmürsünüz, lakin Ona iman edib təsvirolunmaz və izzətli sevinclə hədsiz sevinirsiniz.
  4. Çünki imanınızın nəticəsində canınızın xilasına nail olursunuz.
  5. Sizə göstəriləcək lütf barəsində əvvəlcədən xəbər verən peyğəmbərlər bu xilasa dair araşdırma və tədqiqatlar aparardı.
 
 
  1. seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow.
  2. It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven--things into which angels long to look.
  3. Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
  4. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance,
  5. but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior;
  1. Onların daxilində olan Məsihin Ruhu Məsihin əzabları və onlardan sonrakı izzəti barədə əvvəlcədən şəhadət edirdi. Bunların necə və nə vaxt gələcəyi barədə Ruhun nə göstərdiyini araşdırdılar.
  2. Bu şeyləri elan edərək özlərinə deyil, sizə xidmət etdikləri onlara açıqca göstərildi. Müjdəni göydən göndərilmiş Müqəddəs Ruh vasitəsilə sizə yayanlar indi həmin xəbəri sizə bildirdilər. Mələklər də bu şeyləri yaxından tanımaq arzusundadırlar.
  3. Buna görə ağlınızı toplayıb ayıq durun. Ümidinizi bütünlüklə İsa Məsihin zühurunda sizə veriləcək lütfə bağlayın.
  4. İtaətkar uşaqlar kimi cahil ikən qapıldığınız əvvəlki ehtiraslara uymayın.
  5. Amma sizi çağıran Allah müqəddəs olduğuna uyğun olaraq siz də bütün həyat tərzinizdə müqəddəs olun,
 
 
  1. because it is written, "YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY."
  2. If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth;
  3. knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers,
  4. but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.
  5. For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you
  1. necə ki yazılıb: «Müqəddəs olun, çünki Mən müqəddəsəm».
  2. Tərəfkeşlik etmədən öz əməlinə görə hər kəsi mühakimə edən Allahı «Ata» deyə çağırdığınız üçün bu qürbət dünyadakı vaxtınızı Allah qorxusunda keçirin.
  3. Bildiyiniz kimi, siz ata-babalarınızdan irs olaraq aldığınız puç həyat tərzindən qızıl ya gümüş kimi fani şeylərlə deyil,
  4. qüsursuz və ləkəsiz quzuya bənzəyən Məsihin qiymətli qanı bahasına satın alınmısınız.
  5. Dünya yaranmazdan əvvəl tanınmış Məsih bu axır zamanda sizə görə zühur etdi.
 
 
  1. who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
  2. Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart,
  3. for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.
  4. For, "ALL FLESH IS LIKE GRASS, AND ALL ITS GLORY LIKE THE FLOWER OF GRASS. THE GRASS WITHERS, AND THE FLOWER FALLS OFF,
  5. BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER " And this is the word which was preached to you.
  1. Məsih vasitəsilə siz Onu ölülər arasından dirildib izzətləndirən Allaha iman edirsiniz. Beləliklə, imanınız və ümidiniz Allaha bağlıdır.
  2. Həqiqətə itaət edərək ürəklərinizi saflaşdırıb riyasız qardaşlıq məhəbbətinə sahib oldunuz. Buna görə bir-birinizi var gücünüzlə səmimi qəlbdən sevin.
  3. Çünki siz çürüyən toxumdan deyil, çürüməzdən, Allahın canlı, davamlı olan kəlamı vasitəsilə yenidən doğulmusunuz.
  4. Ona görə ki «Bütün bəşər ota bənzər, Onun bütün gözəlliyi çöl çiçəyi kimidir. Ot quruyar, çiçək tökülər,
  5. Amma Rəbbin sözü əbədi qalar». Sizə vəz olunan Müjdə sözü budur.
