  1. Когда стена была построена, и я вставил двери, и поставлены были на свое служение привратники и певцы и левиты,
  2. тогда приказал я брату моему Ханани и начальнику Иерусалимской крепости Хананию, ибо он более многих других был человек верный и богобоязненный,
  3. и сказал я им: пусть не отворяют ворот Иерусалимских, доколе не обогреет солнце, и доколе они стоят, пусть замыкают и запирают двери. И поставил я стражами жителей Иерусалима, каждого на свою стражу и каждого напротив дома его.
  4. Но город был пространен и велик, а народа в нем было немного, и домы не были построены.
  5. И положил мне Бог мой на сердце собрать знатнейших и начальствующих и народ, чтобы сделать перепись. И нашел я родословную перепись тех, которые сначала пришли, и в ней написано:
  1. Now when the wall was rebuilt and I had set up the doors, and the gatekeepers and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
  2. then I put Hanani my brother, and Hananiah the commander of the fortress, in charge of Jerusalem, for he was a faithful man and feared God more than many.
  3. Then I said to them, "Do not let the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot, and while they are standing guard, let them shut and bolt the doors. Also appoint guards from the inhabitants of Jerusalem, each at his post, and each in front of his own house."
  4. Now the city was large and spacious, but the people in it were few and the houses were not built.
  5. Then my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles, the officials and the people to be enrolled by genealogies. Then I found the book of the genealogy of those who came up first in which I found the following record:
 
 
  1. вот жители страны, которые отправились из пленников, переселенных Навуходоносором, царем Вавилонским, и возвратились в Иерусалим и Иудею, каждый в свой город, --
  2. те, которые пошли с Зоровавелем, Иисусом, Неемиею, Азариею, Раамиею, Нахманием, Мардохеем, Билшаном, Мисферефом, Бигваем, Нехумом, Вааною. Число людей народа Израилева:
  3. сыновей Пароша две тысячи сто семьдесят два.
  4. Сыновей Сафатии триста семьдесят два.
  5. Сыновей Араха шестьсот пятьдесят два.
  1. These are the people of the province who came up from the captivity of the exiles whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his city,
  2. who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number of men of the people of Israel:
  3. the sons of Parosh, 2,172;
  4. the sons of Shephatiah, 372;
  5. the sons of Arah, 652;
 
 
  1. Сыновей Пахаф-Моава, из сыновей Иисуса и Иоава, две тысячи восемьсот восемнадцать.
  2. Сыновей Елама тысяча двести пятьдесят четыре.
  3. Сыновей Заффу восемьсот сорок пять.
  4. Сыновей Закхая семьсот шестьдесят.
  5. Сыновей Биннуя шестьсот сорок восемь.
  1. the sons of Pahath-moab of the sons of Jeshua and Joab, 2,818;
  2. the sons of Elam, 1,254;
  3. the sons of Zattu, 845;
  4. the sons of Zaccai, 760;
  5. the sons of Binnui, 648;
 
 
  1. Сыновей Бевая шестьсот двадцать восемь.
  2. Сыновей Азгада две тысячи триста двадцать два.
  3. Сыновей Адоникама шестьсот шестьдесят семь.
  4. Сыновей Бигвая две тысячи шестьсот семь.
  5. Сыновей Адина шестьсот пятьдесят пять.
  1. the sons of Bebai, 628;
  2. the sons of Azgad, 2,322;
  3. the sons of Adonikam, 667;
  4. the sons of Bigvai, 2,067;
  5. the sons of Adin, 655;
 
 
  1. Сыновей Атера из [дома] Езекии девяносто восемь.
  2. Сыновей Хашума триста двадцать восемь.
  3. Сыновей Вецая триста двадцать четыре.
  4. Сыновей Харифа сто двенадцать.
  5. Уроженцев Гаваона девяносто пять.
  1. the sons of Ater, of Hezekiah, 98;

  5. the sons of Gibeon, 95;
 
 
  1. Жителей Вифлеема и Нетофы сто восемьдесят восемь.
  2. Жителей Анафофа сто двадцать восемь.
  3. Жителей Беф-Азмавефа сорок два.
  4. Жителей Кириаф-Иарима, Кефиры и Беерофа семьсот сорок три.
  5. Жителей Рамы и Гевы шестьсот двадцать один.
  1. the men of Bethlehem and Netophah, 188;
  2. the men of Anathoth, 128;
  3. the men of Beth-azmaveth, 42;
  4. the men of Kiriath-jearim, Chephirah and Beeroth, 743;
  5. the men of Ramah and Geba, 621;
 
 
  1. Жителей Михмаса сто двадцать два.
  2. Жителей Вефиля и Гая сто двадцать три.
  3. Жителей Нево другого пятьдесят два.
  4. Сыновей Елама другого тысяча двести пятьдесят четыре.
  5. Сыновей Харима триста двадцать.

  3. the men of the other Nebo, 52;
  4. the sons of the other Elam, 1,254;

  1. Уроженцев Иерихона триста сорок пять.
  2. Уроженцев Лода, Хадида и Оно семьсот двадцать один.
  3. Уроженцев Сенаи три тысячи девятьсот тридцать.
  4. Священников, сыновей Иедаии, из дома Иисусова, девятьсот семьдесят три.
  5. Сыновей Иммера тысяча пятьдесят два.

  1. Сыновей Пашхура тысяча двести сорок семь.
  2. Сыновей Харима тысяча семнадцать.
  3. Левитов: сыновей Иисуса, из [дома] Кадмиилова, из дома сыновей Годевы, семьдесят четыре.
  4. Певцов: сыновей Асафа сто сорок восемь.
  5. Привратники: сыновья Шаллума, сыновья Атера, сыновья Талмона, сыновья Аккува, сыновья Хатиты, сыновья Шовая--сто тридцать восемь.
  1. the sons of Pashhur, 1,247;
  2. the sons of Harim, 1,017.
  3. The Levites: the sons of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, of the sons of Hodevah, 74.
  4. The singers: the sons of Asaph, 148.
  5. The gatekeepers: the sons of Shallum, the sons of Ater, the sons of Talmon, the sons of Akkub, the sons of Hatita, the sons of Shobai, 138.
 
 
  1. Нефинеи: сыновья Цихи, сыновья Хасуфы, сыновья Таббаофа,

  1. The temple servants: the sons of Ziha, the sons of Hasupha, the sons of Tabbaoth,
  2. the sons of Keros, the sons of Sia, the sons of Padon,
  3. the sons of Lebana, the sons of Hagaba, the sons of Shalmai,
  4. the sons of Hanan, the sons of Giddel, the sons of Gahar,
  5. the sons of Reaiah, the sons of Rezin, the sons of Nekoda,
 
 
  1. сыновья Газзама, сыновья Уззы, сыновья Пасеаха,
  2. сыновья Весая, сыновья Меунима, сыновья Нефишсима,
  3. сыновья Бакбука, сыновья Хакуфы, сыновья Хархура,
  4. сыновья Бацлифа, сыновья Мехиды, сыновья Харши,
  5. сыновья Баркоса, сыновья Сисары, сыновья Фамаха,
  1. the sons of Gazzam, the sons of Uzza, the sons of Paseah,
  2. the sons of Besai, the sons of Meunim, the sons of Nephushesim,
  3. the sons of Bakbuk, the sons of Hakupha, the sons of Harhur,
  4. the sons of Bazlith, the sons of Mehida, the sons of Harsha,
  5. the sons of Barkos, the sons of Sisera, the sons of Temah,
 
 
  1. сыновья Нециаха, сыновья Хатифы.
  2. Сыновья рабов Соломоновых: сыновья Сотая, сыновья Соферефа, сыновья Фериды,
  3. сыновья Иаалы, сыновья Даркона, сыновья Гиддела,
  4. сыновья Сафатии, сыновья Хаттила, сыновья Похереф--Гаццевайима, сыновья Амона.
  5. Всех нефинеев и сыновей рабов Соломоновых триста девяносто два.
  1. the sons of Neziah, the sons of Hatipha.
  2. The sons of Solomon's servants: the sons of Sotai, the sons of Sophereth, the sons of Perida,
  3. the sons of Jaala, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel,
  4. the sons of Shephatiah, the sons of Hattil, the sons of Pochereth-hazzebaim, the sons of Amon.
  5. All the temple servants and the sons of Solomon's servants were 392.
 
 
  1. И вот вышедшие из Тел-Мелаха, Тел-Харши, Херув-Аддона и Иммера; но они не могли показать о поколении своем и о племени своем, от Израиля ли они.
  2. Сыновья Делаии, сыновья Товии, сыновья Некоды--шестьсот сорок два.
  3. И из священников: сыновья Ховаии, сыновья Гаккоца, сыновья Верзеллия, который взял жену из дочерей Верзеллия Галаадитянина и стал называться их именем.
  4. Они искали родословной своей записи, и не нашлось, и потому исключены из священства.
  5. И Тиршафа сказал им, чтоб они не ели великой святыни, доколе не восстанет священник с уримом и туммимом.
  1. These were they who came up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub, Addon and Immer; but they could not show their fathers' houses or their descendants, whether they were of Israel:
  2. the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, 642.
  3. Of the priests: the sons of Hobaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, the sons of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai, the Gileadite, and was named after them.
  4. These searched among their ancestral registration, but it could not be located; therefore they were considered unclean and excluded from the priesthood.
  5. The governor said to them that they should not eat from the most holy things until a priest arose with Urim and Thummim.
 
 
  1. Все общество вместе [состояло] из сорока двух тысяч трехсот шестидесяти [человек],
  2. кроме рабов их и рабынь их, которых было семь тысяч триста тридцать семь; и при них певцов и певиц двести сорок пять.
  3. Коней у них было семьсот тридцать шесть, лошаков у них двести сорок пять,
  4. верблюдов четыреста тридцать пять, ослов шесть тысяч семьсот двадцать.
  5. Некоторые главы поколений дали вклады на производство работ. Тиршафа дал в сокровищницу золотом тысячу драхм, пятьдесят чаш, пятьсот тридцать священнических одежд.
  1. The whole assembly together was 42,360,
  2. besides their male and their female servants, of whom there were 7,337; and they had 245 male and female singers.
  3. Their horses were 736; their mules, 245;
  4. their camels, 435; their donkeys, 6,720.
  5. Some from among the heads of fathers' households gave to the work. The governor gave to the treasury 1,000 gold drachmas, 50 basins, 530 priests' garments.
 
 
  1. И некоторые из глав поколений дали в сокровищницу на производство работ двадцать тысяч драхм золота и две тысячи двести мин серебра.
  2. Прочие из народа дали двадцать тысяч драхм золота и две тысячи мин серебра и шестьдесят семь священнических одежд.
  3. И стали жить священники и левиты, и привратники и певцы, и народ и нефинеи, и весь Израиль в городах своих.
  1. Some of the heads of fathers' households gave into the treasury of the work 20,000 gold drachmas and 2,200 silver minas.
  2. That which the rest of the people gave was 20,000 gold drachmas and 2,000 silver minas and 67 priests' garments.
  3. Now the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants and all Israel, lived in their cities And when the seventh month came, the sons of Israel were in their cities.
