Job 12 [KJV:Azerbaycan]   
 
  1. And Job answered and said,
  2. No doubt but ye are the people, and wisdom shall die with you.
  3. But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you: yea, who knoweth not such things as these?
  4. I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.
  5. He that is ready to slip with his feet is as a lamp despised in the thought of him that is at ease.
  1. Əyyub belə cavab verdi:
  2. «Yəqin ki siz özünüzü xalq içində müdrik sanırsınız, Siz öləndə hikmət də öləcək.
  3. Sizin qədər mənim də ağlım var, Sizdən geri qalmıram. Bu cür şeyləri kim bilmir?
  4. Mən dostlarımın gülüş hədəfi olmuşam, Vaxtı ilə Allaha yalvaranda mən də cavab almışam, Amma indi bir saleh, bir kamil insan gülünc olub.
  5. Dərdsizlər bəlanı boş bir şey sanır, Büdrəyənlər üçün bəla hazır dayanır.
 
 
  1. The tabernacles of robbers prosper, and they that provoke God are secure; into whose hand God bringeth abundantly.
  2. But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:
  3. Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.
  4. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this?
  5. In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
  1. Soyğunçuların çadırlarında rahatlıq var, Allahı qəzəbləndirənlər əmin-amanlıqdadır, Axı onlar Allaha yox, öz qollarına arxalanır.
  2. Gəl heyvanlardan soruş, qoy sənə bildirsin, Qoy göydəki quşlar sənə desin,
  3. Torpağa de, qoy o sənə bildirsin, Dənizdəki balıqlardan soruş, sənə məlumat versin.
  4. Bunlardan hansı biri bilmir ki, Bunu Rəbbin əli edib?
  5. Hər yaratdığının canı Onun əlindədir, Bütün insanların nəfəsi Onun əlindədir.
 
 
  1. Doth not the ear try words? and the mouth taste his meat?
  2. With the ancient is wisdom; and in length of days understanding.
  3. With him is wisdom and strength, he hath counsel and understanding.
  4. Behold, he breaketh down, and it cannot be built again: he shutteth up a man, and there can be no opening.
  5. Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up: also he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.
  1. Yeməyin dadını damaq hiss etdiyi kimi Qulaq da sözləri sınaqdan keçirməzmi?
  2. Ağsaqqalların hikməti var, Uzunömürlülər dünyagörmüş olar.
  3. Hikmət və qüdrət Allahdandır, O, nəsihət və dərrakə verir.
  4. Onun yıxdığı bərpa olunmaz, Onun həbs etdiyi insan azad olmaz.
  5. Suları kəsərsə, quraqlıq olar, Suları buraxsa, dünyanı sel aparar.
 
 
  1. With him is strength and wisdom: the deceived and the deceiver are his.
  2. He leadeth counsellors away spoiled, and maketh the judges fools.
  3. He looseth the bond of kings, and girdeth their loins with a girdle.
  4. He leadeth princes away spoiled, and overthroweth the mighty.
  5. He removeth away the speech of the trusty, and taketh away the understanding of the aged.
  1. Qüdrət və hikmət Onundur, Aldadan da, aldanan da Onundur
  2. Məsləhətçiləri talana məruz qoyar, Hakimləri axmaqlaşdırar.
  3. Padşahların bağladığı bağı açar, Bellərinə qurşaq salar.
  4. Kahinləri talana məruz qoyar, Mətinləri də devirər.
  5. Etibarlı məsləhətçiləri susdurar, Ağsaqqalların ağlını alar.
 
 
  1. He poureth contempt upon princes, and weakeneth the strength of the mighty.
  2. He discovereth deep things out of darkness, and bringeth out to light the shadow of death.
  3. He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.
  4. He taketh away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causeth them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way.
  5. They grope in the dark without light, and he maketh them to stagger like a drunken man.
  1. Əsilzadələrin üstünə rüsvayçılıq yağdırar, Güclülərin qurşaqlarını çıxarar.
  2. Qaranlığın dərin sirlərini açar, Ölüm kölgəsini aydınlığa çıxarar.
  3. Millətləri çoxaldar, millətləri yox edər, Millətləri artırar, millətləri sürgün edər.
  4. Dünyanın başçılarının ağlını başından alar, Yolu-izi məlum olmayan çöllərdə dolandırar.
  5. Qaranlıqda əl sürtə-sürtə yeriyərlər, Onları sərxoş kimi aşa-aşa gəzdirər.
