  1. 以色列出了埃及、雅各家離開說異言之民．
  2. 那時猶大為主的聖所、以色列為他所治理的國度。
  3. 滄海看見就奔逃、約但河也倒流。
  4. 大山踴躍如公羊、小山跳舞如羊羔。
  5. 滄海阿、你為何奔逃．約但哪你為何倒流．
  1. When Israel came out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
  2. Judah became God's sanctuary, Israel his dominion.
  3. The sea looked and fled, the Jordan turned back;
  4. the mountains skipped like rams, the hills like lambs.
  5. Why was it, O sea, that you fled, O Jordan, that you turned back,
 
 
  1. 大山哪、你為何踴躍如公羊．小山哪、你為何跳舞如羊羔。
  2. 大地阿、你因見主的面、就是雅各　神的面、便要震動。
  3. 他叫磐石變為水池、叫堅石變為泉源。
  1. you mountains, that you skipped like rams, you hills, like lambs?
  2. Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,
  3. who turned the rock into a pool, the hard rock into springs of water.
