  1. Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:
  2. Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me.
  3. The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.
  4. The LORD is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.
  5. Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.
  1. 〔上行之詩。〕以色列當說、從我幼年以來、敵人屢次苦害我、
  2. 從我幼年以來、敵人屢次苦害我、卻沒有勝了我。
  3. 如同扶犁的、在我背上扶犁而耕．耕的犁溝甚長。
  4. 耶和華是公義的．他砍斷了惡人的繩索。
  5. 願恨惡錫安的、都蒙羞退後。
 
 
  1. Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:
  2. Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.
  3. Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.
  1. 願他們像房頂上的草、未長成而枯乾．
  2. 收割的不彀一把、捆禾的也不滿懷．
  3. 過路的也不說、願耶和華所賜的福、歸與你們．我們奉耶和華的名、給你們祝福。
