Isaiah 6 [NIV:繁體]   
 
  1. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
  2. Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
  3. And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."
  4. At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
  5. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty."
  1. 當烏西雅王崩的那年、我見主坐在高高的寶座上．他的衣裳垂下、遮滿聖殿。
  2. 其上有撒拉弗侍立．各有六個翅膀．用兩個翅膀遮臉、兩個翅膀遮腳、兩個翅膀飛翔．
  3. 彼此呼喊說、聖哉、聖哉、聖哉、萬軍之耶和華．他的榮光充滿全地。
  4. 因呼喊者的聲音、門檻的根基震動、殿充滿了煙雲。
  5. 那時我說、禍哉、我滅亡了．因為我是嘴唇不潔的人、又住在嘴唇不潔的民中．又因我眼見大君王萬軍之耶和華。
 
 
  1. Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
  2. With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for."
  3. Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
  4. He said, "Go and tell this people: " 'Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.'
  5. Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed."
  1. 有一撒拉弗飛到我跟前、手裡拿著紅炭、是用火剪從壇上取下來的．
  2. 將炭沾我的口、說、看哪、這炭沾了你的嘴．你的罪孽便除掉、你的罪惡就赦免了。
  3. 我又聽見主的聲音說、我可以差遣誰呢、誰肯為我們去呢．我說、我在這裡、請差遣我。
  4. 他說、你去告訴這百姓說、你們聽是要聽見、卻不明白．看是要看見、卻不曉得。
  5. 要使這百姓心蒙脂油、耳朵發沉、眼睛昏迷．恐怕眼睛看見、耳朵聽見、心裡明白、回轉過來、便得醫治。
 
 
  1. Then I said, "For how long, O Lord?" And he answered: "Until the cities lie ruined and without inhabitant, until the houses are left deserted and the fields ruined and ravaged,
  2. until the LORD has sent everyone far away and the land is utterly forsaken.
  3. And though a tenth remains in the land, it will again be laid waste. But as the terebinth and oak leave stumps when they are cut down, so the holy seed will be the stump in the land."
  1. 我就說、主阿、這到幾時為止呢。他說、直到城邑荒涼、無人居住、房屋空閒無人、地土極其荒涼．
  2. 並且耶和華將人遷到遠方、在這境內撇下的地土很多。
  3. 境內剩下的人、若還有十分之一、也必被吞滅．像栗樹、橡樹、雖被砍伐、樹𢃼子、卻仍存留．這聖潔的種類、在國中也是如此。
