哈巴谷書 1 [繁體:NIV]   
 
  1. 先知哈巴谷所得的默示。
  2. 他說、耶和華阿、我呼求你、你不應允、要到幾時呢．我因強暴哀求你、你還不拯救。
  3. 你為何使我看見罪孽．你為何看著奸惡而不理呢．毀滅和強暴在我面前．鬥又起了爭端和相鬥的事。
  4. 因此律法放鬆、公理也不顯明．惡人圍困義人．所以公理顯然顛倒。
  5. 耶和華說、你們要向列國中觀看、大大驚奇．因為在你們的時候、我行一件事、雖有人告訴你們、你們總是不信。
  1. The oracle that Habakkuk the prophet received.
  2. How long, O LORD, must I call for help, but you do not listen? Or cry out to you, "Violence!" but you do not save?
  3. Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds.
  4. Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.
  5. "Look at the nations and watch-- and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.
 
 
  1. 我必興起迦勒底人、就是那殘忍暴躁之民、通行遍地、佔據那不屬自己的住處。
  2. 他威武可畏．判斷和勢力、都任意發出。
  3. 他的馬比豹更快、比晚上的豺狼更猛．馬兵踴躍爭先、都從遠方而來．他們飛跑如鷹抓食．
  4. 都為行強暴而來．定住臉面向前、將擄掠的人聚集、多如塵沙。
  5. 他們譏誚君王、笑話首領、嗤笑一切保障、築壘攻取。
  1. I am raising up the Babylonians, that ruthless and impetuous people, who sweep across the whole earth to seize dwelling places not their own.
  2. They are a feared and dreaded people; they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.
  3. Their horses are swifter than leopards, fiercer than wolves at dusk. Their cavalry gallops headlong; their horsemen come from afar. They fly like a vulture swooping to devour;
  4. they all come bent on violence. Their hordes advance like a desert wind and gather prisoners like sand.
  5. They deride kings and scoff at rulers. They laugh at all fortified cities; they build earthen ramps and capture them.
 
 
  1. 他以自己的勢力為神、像風猛然掃過、顯為有罪。
  2. 耶和華我的　神、我的聖者阿、你不是從亙古而有麼．我們必不致死。耶和華阿、你派定他為要刑罰人．磐石阿、你設立他為要懲治人。
  3. 你眼目清潔不看邪僻、不看奸惡．行詭詐的、你為何看著不理呢．惡人吞滅比自己公義的、你為何靜默不語呢．
  4. 你為何使人如海中的魚、又如沒有管轄的爬物呢。
  5. 他用鉤鉤住、用網捕獲、用拉網聚集他們．因此、他歡喜快樂．
  1. Then they sweep past like the wind and go on-- guilty men, whose own strength is their god."
  2. O LORD, are you not from everlasting? My God, my Holy One, we will not die. O LORD, you have appointed them to execute judgment; O Rock, you have ordained them to punish.
  3. Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrong. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?
  4. You have made men like fish in the sea, like sea creatures that have no ruler.
  5. The wicked foe pulls all of them up with hooks, he catches them in his net, he gathers them up in his dragnet; and so he rejoices and is glad.
 
 
  1. 就向網獻祭、向網燒香、因他由此得肥美的分、和富裕的食物。
  2. 他豈可屢次倒空網羅、將列國的人時常殺戮、毫不顧惜呢。
  1. Therefore he sacrifices to his net and burns incense to his dragnet, for by his net he lives in luxury and enjoys the choicest food.
  2. Is he to keep on emptying his net, destroying nations without mercy?
