哈巴谷書 2 [繁體:NIV]   
 
  1. 我要站在守望所、立在望樓上觀看、看耶和華對我說甚麼話、我可用甚麼話向他訴冤。〔向他訴冤或作回答所疑問的〕
  2. 他對我說、將這默示明明的寫在版上、使讀的人容易讀。〔或作隨跑隨讀〕
  3. 因為這默示有一定的日期、快要應驗、並不虛謊．雖然遲延、還要等候．因為必然臨到、不再遲延。
  4. 迦勒底人自高自大、心不正直．惟義人因信得生。
  5. 迦勒底人因酒詭詐、狂傲、不住在家中、擴充心欲好像陰間．他如死不能知足、聚集萬國、堆積萬民、都歸自己。
  1. I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.
  2. Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.
  3. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.
  4. "See, he is puffed up; his desires are not upright-- but the righteous will live by his faith -
  5. indeed, wine betrays him; he is arrogant and never at rest. Because he is as greedy as the grave and like death is never satisfied, he gathers to himself all the nations and takes captive all the peoples.
 
 
  1. 這些國的民、豈不都要題起詩歌、並俗語、譏刺他、說、禍哉迦勒底人、你增添不屬自己的財物、多多取人的當頭、要到幾時為止呢。
  2. 咬傷你的豈不忽然起來、擾害你的豈不興起、你就作他們的擄物麼。
  3. 因你搶奪許多的國、殺人流血、向國內的城、並城中一切居民施行強暴、所以各國剩下的民都必搶奪你。
  4. 為本家積蓄不義之財、在高處搭窩、指望免災的有禍了。
  5. 你圖謀剪除多國的民、犯了罪、使你的家蒙羞、自害己命。
  1. "Will not all of them taunt him with ridicule and scorn, saying, " 'Woe to him who piles up stolen goods and makes himself wealthy by extortion! How long must this go on?'
  2. Will not your debtors suddenly arise? Will they not wake up and make you tremble? Then you will become their victim.
  3. Because you have plundered many nations, the peoples who are left will plunder you. For you have shed man's blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them.
  4. "Woe to him who builds his realm by unjust gain to set his nest on high, to escape the clutches of ruin!
  5. You have plotted the ruin of many peoples, shaming your own house and forfeiting your life.
 
 
  1. 牆裡的石頭必呼叫、房內的棟梁必應聲。
  2. 以人血建城、以罪孽立邑的有禍了。
  3. 眾民所勞碌得來的、被火焚燒、列國由勞乏而得的、歸於虛空、不都是出於萬軍之耶和華麼。
  4. 認識耶和華榮耀的知識、要充滿遍地、好像水充滿洋海一般。
  5. 給人酒喝、又加上毒物、使他喝醉、好看見他下體的、有禍了。
  1. The stones of the wall will cry out, and the beams of the woodwork will echo it.
  2. "Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by crime!
  3. Has not the LORD Almighty determined that the people's labor is only fuel for the fire, that the nations exhaust themselves for nothing?
  4. For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
  5. "Woe to him who gives drink to his neighbors, pouring it from the wineskin till they are drunk, so that he can gaze on their naked bodies.
 
 
  1. 你滿受羞辱、不得榮耀．你也喝罷、顯出是未受割禮的．耶和華右手的杯、必傳到你那裡、你的榮耀、就變為大大地羞辱。
  2. 你向利巴嫩行強暴、與殘害驚嚇野獸的事、必遮蓋你．因你殺人流血、向國內的城、並城中一切居民施行強暴。
  3. 雕刻的偶像、人將他刻出來、有甚麼益處呢．鑄造的偶像、就是虛謊的師傅．製造者倚靠這啞巴偶像、有甚麼益處呢．
  4. 對木偶說、醒起、對啞吧石像說、起來、那人有禍了．這個還能教訓人麼．看哪、是包裹金銀的、其中毫無氣息。
  5. 惟耶和華在他的聖殿中．全地的人、都當在他面前肅敬靜默。
  1. You will be filled with shame instead of glory. Now it is your turn! Drink and be exposed ! The cup from the LORD's right hand is coming around to you, and disgrace will cover your glory.
  2. The violence you have done to Lebanon will overwhelm you, and your destruction of animals will terrify you. For you have shed man's blood; you have destroyed lands and cities and everyone in them.
  3. "Of what value is an idol, since a man has carved it? Or an image that teaches lies? For he who makes it trusts in his own creation; he makes idols that cannot speak.
  4. Woe to him who says to wood, 'Come to life!' Or to lifeless stone, 'Wake up!' Can it give guidance? It is covered with gold and silver; there is no breath in it.
  5. But the LORD is in his holy temple; let all the earth be silent before him."
