  1. And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
  2. And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
  3. Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
  4. And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
  5. And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
  1. 天使〔原文作他〕又指給我看、大祭司約書亞站在耶和華的使者面前、撒但也站在約書亞的右邊、與他作對。
  2. 耶和華向撒但說、撒但哪、耶和華責備你、就是揀選耶路撒冷的耶和華責備你．這不是從火中抽出來的一根柴麼。
  3. 約書亞穿著污穢的衣服、站在使者面前。
  4. 使者吩咐站在面前的說、你們要脫去他污穢的衣服。又對約書亞說、我使你脫離罪孽、要給你穿上華美的衣服。
  5. 我說、要將潔淨的冠冕戴在他頭上．他們就把潔淨的冠冕戴在他頭上、給他穿上華美的衣服、耶和華的使者在旁邊站立。
 
 
  1. And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,
  2. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
  3. Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.
  4. For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
  5. In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.
  1. 耶和華的使者誥誡約書亞說、
  2. 萬軍之耶和華如此說、你若遵行我的道、謹守我的命令、你就可以管理我的家、看守我的院宇．我也要使你在這些站立的人中間來往。
  3. 大祭司約書亞阿、你和坐在你面前的同伴都當聽．（他們是作豫兆的。）我必使我僕人大衛的苗裔發出。
  4. 看哪、我在約書亞面前所立的石頭、在一塊石頭上有七眼。萬軍之耶和華說、我要親自雕刻這石頭、並要在一日之間除掉這地的罪孽。
  5. 當那日你們各人要請鄰舍坐在葡萄樹和無花果樹下．這是萬軍之耶和華說的。
