  1. "Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven.
  2. "So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be honored by men Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
  3. "But when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
  4. so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
  5. "When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
  1. 你們要小心、不可將善事行在人的面前、故意叫他們看見.若是這樣、就不能得你們天父的賞賜了。
  2. 所以你施捨的時候、不可在你前面吹號、像那假冒為善的人、在會堂裡和街道上所行的、故意要得人的榮耀.我實在告訴你們、他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
  3. 你施捨的時候、不要叫左手知道右手所作的.
  4. 要叫你施捨的事行在暗中、你父在暗中察看、必然報答你。〔有古卷作必在明處報答你〕
  5. 你們禱告的時候、不可像那假冒為善的人、愛站在會堂裡、和十字路口上禱告、故意叫人看見.我實在告訴你們、他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
 
 
  1. "But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
  2. "And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.
  3. "So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
  4. "Pray, then, in this way: 'Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
  5. 'Your kingdom come Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.
  1. 你禱告的時候、要進你的內屋、關上門、禱告你在暗中的父、你父在暗中察看、必然報答你。
  2. 你們禱告、不可像外邦人、用許多重複話.他們以為話多了必蒙垂聽。
  3. 你們不可效法他們.因為你們沒有祈求以先、你們所需用的、你們的父早已知道了。
  4. 所以你們禱告、要這樣說.我們在天上的父、願人都尊你的名為聖。
  5. 願你的國降臨。願你的旨意行在地上、如同行在天上。
 
 
  1. 'Give us this day our daily bread.
  2. 'And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
  3. 'And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.]'
  4. "For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
  5. "But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.
  1. 我們日用的飲食、今日賜給我們。
  2. 免我們的債、如同我們免了人的債。
  3. 不叫我們遇見試探.救我們脫離兇惡。〔或作脫離惡者〕因為國度、權柄、榮耀、全是你的直到永遠、阿們。〔有古卷無因為至阿門等字〕
  4. 你們饒恕人的過犯、你們的天父也必饒恕你們的過犯。
  5. 你們不饒恕人的過犯、你們的天父也必不饒恕你們的過犯。
 
 
  1. "Whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance so that they will be noticed by men when they are fasting Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
  2. "But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face
  3. so that your fasting will not be noticed by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
  4. "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.
  5. "But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal;
  1. 你們禁食的時候、不可像那假冒為善的人、臉上帶著愁容.因為他們把臉弄得難看、故意叫人看出他們是禁食.我實在告訴你們、他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
  2. 你禁食的時候、要梳頭洗臉、
  3. 不叫人看出你禁食來、只叫你暗中的父看見.你父在暗中察看、必然報答你。
  4. 不要為自己積儹財寶在地上、地上有蟲子咬、能鏽壞、也有賊挖窟窿來偷.
  5. 只要積儹財寶在天上、天上沒有蟲子咬、不能鏽壞、也沒有賊挖窟窿來偷.
 
 
  1. for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
  2. "The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light.
  3. "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!
  4. "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other You cannot serve God and wealth.
  5. "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
  1. 因為你的財寶在那裡、你的心也在那裡。
  2. 眼睛就是身上的燈.你的眼睛若瞭亮、全身就光明。
  3. 你的眼睛若昏花、全身就黑暗.你裡頭的光若黑暗了、那黑暗是何等大呢。
  4. 一個人不能事奉兩個主.不是惡這個愛那個、就是重這個輕那個.你們不能又事奉 神、又事奉瑪門。〔瑪門是財利的意思〕
  5. 所以我告訴你們、不要為生命憂慮、喫甚麼、喝甚麼.為身體憂慮穿甚麼.生命不勝於飲食麼、身體不勝於衣裳麼。
 
 
  1. "Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?
  2. "And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?
  3. "And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin,
  4. yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.
  5. "But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!
  1. 你們看那天上的飛鳥、也不種、也不收、也不積蓄在倉裡、你們的天父尚且養活他.你們不比飛鳥貴重得多麼。
  2. 你們那一個能用思慮、使壽數多加一刻呢。〔或作使身量多加一肘呢〕
  3. 何必為衣裳憂慮呢.你想野地裡的百合花、怎麼長起來、他也不勞苦、也不紡線.
  4. 然而我告訴你們、就是所羅門極榮華的時候、他所穿戴的、還不如這花一朵呢。
  5. 你們這小信的人哪、野地裡的草、今天還在、明天就丟在爐裡、 神還給他這樣的妝飾、何況你們呢。
 
 
  1. "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?'
  2. "For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
  3. "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
  4. "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
  1. 所以不要憂慮、說、喫甚麼、喝甚麼、穿甚麼。
  2. 這都是外邦人所求的.你們需用的這一切東西、你們的天父是知道的。
  3. 你們要先求他的國、和他的義這些東西都要加給你們了。
  4. 所以不要為明天憂慮.因為明天自有明天的憂慮.一天的難處一天當就彀了。
