  1. 耶和华我的神阿，我投靠你。求你救我脱离一切追赶我的人，将我救拔出来。
  2. 恐怕他们像狮子撕裂我，甚至撕碎，无人搭救。
  3. 耶和华我的神阿，我若行了这事，若有罪孽在我手里，
  4. 我若以恶报那与我交好的人，连那无故与我为敌的，我也救了他，
  5. 就任凭仇敌追赶我，直到追上。将我的性命踏在地下，使我的荣耀归于灰尘。（细拉）
  1. O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
  2. Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
  3. O LORD my God, If I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
  4. If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
  5. Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.
 
 
  1. 耶和华阿，求你在怒中起来，挺身而立，抵挡我敌人的暴怒。求你为我兴起。你已经命定施行审判。
  2. 愿众民的会环绕你。愿你从其上归于高位。
  3. 耶和华向众民施行审判。耶和华阿，求你按我的公义，和我心中的纯正，判断我。
  4. 愿恶人的恶断绝。愿你坚立义人。因为公义的神察验人的心肠肺腑。
  5. 神是我的盾牌。他拯救心里正直的人。
  1. Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
  2. So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
  3. The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
  4. Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
  5. My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
 
 
  1. 神是公义的审判者，又是天天向恶人发怒的神。
  2. 若有人不回头，他的刀必磨快。弓必上弦，豫备妥当了。
  3. 他也豫备了杀人的器械。他所射的是火箭。
  4. 试看恶人因奸恶而劬劳。所怀的是毒害，所生的是虚假。
  5. 他掘了坑，又挖深了，竟掉在自己所挖的阱里。
  1. God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
  2. If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
  3. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
  4. Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
  5. He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
 
 
  1. 他的毒害，必临到他自己的头上。他的强暴必落到他自己的脑袋上。
  2. 我要照着耶和华的公义称谢他，歌颂耶和华至高者的名。
  1. His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
  2. I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
