- 하느님, 선한 이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서. 어지신 분이여, 내 죄를 없애주소서.
- 허물을 말끔히 씻어주시고 잘못을 깨끗이 없애주소서.
- 내 죄 내가 알고 있사오며 내 잘못 항상 눈앞에 아른거립니다.
- 당신께, 오로지 당신께만 죄를 얻은 몸, 당신 눈에 거슬리는 일을 한 이 몸, 벌을 내리신들 할 말이 있으리이까? 당신께서 내리신 선고 천번 만번 옳사옵니다.
- 이 몸은 죄 중에 태어났고, 모태에 있을 때부터 이미 죄인이었습니다.

- Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions.
- Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
- For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.
- Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are proved right when you speak and justified when you judge.
