- 속이 깊은 사람은 알고도 모르는 체하지만 미련퉁이는 어리석은 소리를 떠들어댄다.
- 손이 부지런한 사람은 남을 다스리지만 손이 게으른 사람은 남의 부림을 받는다.
- 마음에 걱정이 있으면 기를 펴지 못하나 다정한 말 한마디로 그를 기쁘게 할 수 있다.
