- In Judah is God known: his name is great in Israel.
- In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
- There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah.
- Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey.
- The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.

- 유다에서 그 누가 하느님을 모르랴. 그의 이름, 이스라엘에서 드높기도 하구나.
- 살렘에 초막을 치시고 시온에 처소를 마련하셨으니,
- 불화살, 방패, 칼과 같은 무기를 거기에서 그가 꺾으셨다. (셀라)
- 영원한 산에서 오시는 분, 빛나고 힘차신 분,
- 힘있는 자들 가진 것 빼앗기고 잠들어 버려, 맥이 빠져 힘 못쓰는 많은 용사들.

- At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
- Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
- Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
- When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
- Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.

- 야곱의 하느님, 당신께서 한번 호령하시니 말들이, 수레들이 잠잠하옵니다.
- 하느님, 당신은 두려우신 분, 한번 분노를 터뜨리시면 누가 감히 당신 앞에 버티리이까?
- 하늘에서 판결을 내리시면 세상은 두려워 숨을 죽이옵니다. (셀라)
- 세상의 억눌린 자를 모두 구하시려고 하느님께서 재판석에 앉으시어
- 인간의 분노는 당신의 영광을 더할 뿐이요, 당신의 진노에서 살아 남은 자들이 당신의 축제를 지키리이다.

- Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.

- 너희의 하느님 야훼께 서원한 것이 있거든 어김없이 지켜라. 하느님을 둘러싼 자들아, 두려운 분께 예물을 바쳐라.
- 그가 제후들의 호흡을 끊으시니 세상의 왕들이 모두 그를 두려워하는구나.
