스가랴 8:1-9:17

 스가랴는 미래에 주어질 이스라엘의 회복에 대한 약속과 함께 금식의 날들이 기쁨과 희락의 절기로 변할 것을 말하였다. 훗날 이방 민족들도 야웨의 은혜를 얻고자 예루살렘에 찾아오게 될 것이라고 예언하였으며, 열국의 심판과 이스라엘의 승리, 그리고 장차 오실 메시아의 사역에 대해 예언하였다.
  
  금식에 대한 답변(8:1-8:23)    
 
  1. Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,
  2. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.
  3. Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.
  4. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.
  5. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.
  1. 만군의 야훼께서 나에게 말씀을 내리셨다.
  2. "나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 시온을 생각만 해도 역겨워지는구나. 속이 화끈거리며 타오른다.
  3. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 내가 시온으로 돌아가 예루살렘 안에서 살리라. 그리되면 예루살렘은 미쁜 도읍이라 불리고, 만군의 야훼의 산, 거룩한 산이라고 불리리라.
  4. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 수도 예루살렘 장터마다 할아버지 할머니들이 지팡이를 짚고 모여와 앉아 쉬는 모습이 다시 보이고,
  5. 이 도읍 장터마다 사내아이 계집아이들이 우글거리며 뛰놀게 되리라.
  1. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.
  2. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;
  3. And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.
  4. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.
  5. For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.
  1. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 그 날이 오면 이런 일이 살아 남은 이 백성의 눈에도 신기하겠지만, 내 눈에도 신기하리라. 만군의 야훼가 이르는 말이다.
  2. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 이제 나는 나의 백성을 해뜨는 곳과 해지는 곳에서 건져내어
  3. 예루살렘으로 데려다가 살게 하리라. 그들은 다시 내 백성이 되고 나는 신실과 정의로 그들의 하느님이 되리라.
  4. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 만군의 야훼의 성전을 다시 세우려고 주춧돌을 놓는 이 날, 예언자들의 입으로 이 말을 직접 듣는 사람들아, 힘을 내어라.
  5. 전에는 일을 하고도 품값을 못 받았고, 원수들 등쌀에 마음놓고 드나들 수도 없었다. 그 때 나는 너희끼리 서로 잡아먹는 것을 내버려두었지만,
  1. But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.
  2. For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
  3. And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
  4. For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:
  5. So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.
  1. 이제는 살아 남은 이 백성을 예전처럼 다루지 아니하리라. 만군의 야훼가 이르는 말이다.
  2. 이제 내가 평화를 심어주리니, 포도나무는 열매를 맺고 하늘은 비를 내리며 땅은 소출을 내리라. 그리하여 살아 남은 내 백성으로 하여금 이 모든 것을 받아 누리게 하리라.
  3. 유다 가문아, 이스라엘 가문아, 너희는 뭇 민족에게 욕을 먹는 신세였으나 이제는 내가 너희를 구해 내어 사람들로 하여금 너희를 부러워하게 하리라. 그러니 겁내지 말고 힘을 내어라.
  4. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 일찍이 너희 조상들이 나를 화나게 하여 내가 너희에게 재앙을 내리기로 작정하고는 망설이지 않고 그대로 했듯이, 만군의 야훼가 이르는 말이다,
  5. 나 이제 마음을 돌이켜 그 이상으로 예루살렘과 유다 가문에게 잘해 주기로 작정하였다. 그러니 너희는 겁내지 마라.
  1. These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:
  2. And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
  3. And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,
  4. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.
  5. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:
  1. 너희는 이렇게 살아라. 이웃에게 거짓말을 하지 말고, 성문 앞 재판정에서 바른 재판을 하여 평화를 이룩하여라.
  2. 부디 이웃을 해칠 생각은 말고, 거짓 맹세로 속이는 일을 좋아하지 마라. 그런 것은 다 내가 미워하는 일이다. 야훼가 이르는 말이다."
  3. 만군의 야훼께서 나에게 말씀을 내리셨다.
  4. "나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 유다 가문은 사월에도 단식하고 오월에도 단식하고 칠월에도 단식하고 시월에도 단식해 왔다. 이제 그 단식은 기쁨과 즐거움으로 바뀌어 즐거운 축제가 되리라. 너희는 성실과 평화를 기리어라.
  5. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 앞으로 많은 민족과 여러 도시에 사는 사람들이 이리로 모여올 것이다.
  1. And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.
  2. Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
  3. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
  1. 한 도시에 사는 사람들이 다른 도시로 가서 '야훼께 나아가 자비를 빌자. 만군의 야훼를 찾으러 가자. 나는 이렇게 나섰다.' 하고 말하면,
  2. 많은 민족과 강한 나라들이 예루살렘으로 만군의 야훼를 찾아와 야훼의 자비를 빌게 될 것이다.
  3. 나 만군의 야훼가 말한다. 앞으로는 말이 다른 종족의 열 사람이 유다 사람 하나의 옷자락을 붙잡고 '하느님께서는 당신들과 함께 계신 줄 압니다. 그러니 우리도 함께 데려가 주십시오.' 하고 부탁하리라."
 
  오실 메시아(9:1-9:17)    
 
  1. The burden of the word of the LORD in the land of Hadrach, and Damascus shall be the rest thereof: when the eyes of man, as of all the tribes of Israel, shall be toward the LORD.
  2. And Hamath also shall border thereby; Tyrus, and Zidon, though it be very wise.
  3. And Tyrus did build herself a strong hold, and heaped up silver as the dust, and fine gold as the mire of the streets.
  4. Behold, the LORD will cast her out, and he will smite her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.
  5. Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Gaza also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
  1. 야훼께서 계시하신 말씀. 야훼께서 하드락 땅을 거쳐 다마스쿠스에 머물러 계시다. 이 아람의 수도도 이스라엘 모든 지파와 마찬가지로 야훼의 것이다.
  2. 국경도시 하맛도 그의 것이요, 슬기가 뛰어난 띠로와 시돈도 그의 것이다.
  3. 띠로는 요새를 세우고 은을 티끌 더미처럼 쌓아놓고, 금을 길바닥의 흙더미처럼 쌓았지만,
  4. 보아라, 이제 주님이 띠로를 차지하러 오신다. 그 세력을 바다에서 꺾으시고 성을 불살라 없애시리라.
  5. 이것을 보고 아스클론은 질겁을 하고 가자는 안절부절못하고 에크론은 더 이상 기댈 데가 없어지리라. 가자에선 왕이 없어지고 아스클론은 무인지경이 되며
  1. And a bastard shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.
  2. And I will take away his blood out of his mouth, and his abominations from between his teeth: but he that remaineth, even he, shall be for our God, and he shall be as a governor in Judah, and Ekron as a Jebusite.
  3. And I will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.
  4. Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
  5. And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.
  1. 아스돗에는 트기들이나 살게 되리라. "나는 저 거만한 불레셋의 기를 꺾고는
  2. 이빨 사이에 낀 부정한 고기를 빼내고 그 입에 묻은 피를 닦아주리라." 그 가운데서도 우리 하느님을 섬길 사람들이 살아 남아 유다의 한 부락이 되리라. 에크론도 여부스족처럼 우리와 한 족속이 되리라.
  3. "나는 내 집에 진을 둘러쳐서 아무도 지나다니지 못하게 하고 다시는 정복자가 밟고 다니지 못하게 하리라. 나 이제 이 백성의 비참한 모습을 똑똑히 보았다."
  4. 수도 시온아, 한껏 기뻐하여라. 수도 예루살렘아, 환성을 올려라. 보아라, 네 임금이 너를 찾아오신다. 정의를 세워 너를 찾아오신다. 그는 겸비하여 나귀, 어린 새끼 나귀를 타고 오시어
  5. 에브라임의 병거를 없애고 예루살렘의 군마를 없애시리라. 군인들이 메고 있는 활을 꺾어버리시고 뭇 민족에게 평화를 선포하시리라. 이 바다에서 저 바다까지, 큰 강에서 땅 끝까지 다스리시리라.
  1. As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.
  2. Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee;
  3. When I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece, and made thee as the sword of a mighty man.
  4. And the LORD shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the LORD God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.
  5. The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, and as the corners of the altar.
  1. "너는 나와 피로 계약을 맺었으니 나 그 피를 생각하여 사로잡힌 너희를 물 없는 굴에서 건져내리라.
  2. 수도 시온아, 포로들은 그리던 고향을 찾아 너에게로 돌아오리라. 네가 포로로 지내던 시절의 아픔은 내가 곱절로 갚아주리라.
  3. 나는 유다를 활처럼 당기고 에브라임을 화살처럼 메우리라. 시온아, 내가 네 아들들을 불러내어 그리스 군을 치게 하리라. 내가 너를 용사의 칼처럼 쓰리라."
  4. 야훼께서 그들 위에 나타나시어 번개처럼 화살을 쏘시리라. 야훼 하느님께서 나팔 소리도 우렁차게 거센 마파람을 타고 나오시리라.
  5. 이 백성이 만군의 야훼를 방패삼고 던진 그 팔맷돌에 원수들의 살이 찢기리라. 그 상처에서 흐르는 피를 술 마시듯 마시리니, 마치 넘쳐나는 동이 같고, 제단 모서리같이 흥건하리라.
  1. And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.
  2. For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! corn shall make the young men cheerful, and new wine the maids.
  1. 그 날이 오면, 야훼께서 당신의 백성을 양떼인 양 돌보시리니 이 백성은 면류관에 박힌 보석처럼 당신의 땅에서 빛나리라.
  2. 얼마나 복되고 멋진 백성인가! 젊은이들은 양껏 먹어 튼튼하고 처녀들의 몸은 햇포도주로 피어나리라.
