- 사람이 여러 가지 계획을 세워도 여호와의 뜻만 이루어진다.

- 여호와를 두려워하는 것이 사는 길이다. 여호와를 두려워하는 사람은 재앙을 받지 않고 만족한 삶을 누릴 것이다.

- 내 아들아, 지식의 말씀에서 떠나게 하는 교훈을 듣지 말아라.
