- God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
- How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
- Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
- Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
- They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

- 하나님이 하나님의 법정에 나오셔서, 신들을 모아들이시고 재판을 하셨다. 하나님께서 신들에게 말씀하셨다.
- "언제까지 너희는 공정하지 않은 재판을 되풀이하려느냐? 언제까지 너희는 악인의 편을 들려느냐? （셀라）
- 가난한 사람과 고아를 변호해 주고, 가련한 사람과 궁핍한 사람에게 공의를 베풀어라.
- 가난한 사람과 빈궁한 사람을 구해 주어라. 그들을 악인의 손에서 구해 주어라."
- 그러나 그들은 깨닫지도 못하고, 분별력도 없이, 어둠 속에서 헤매고만 있으니, 땅의 기초가 송두리째 흔들렸다.

- I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
- But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
- Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

- 하나님께서 말씀하셨다. "너희는 모두 신들이고, '가장 높으신 분'의 아들들이지만,
- 너희도 사람처럼 죽을 것이고, 여느 군주처럼 쓰러질 것이다."
- 하나님, 일어나셔서, 이 세상을 재판하여 주십시오. 온 나라가 하나님의 것입니다.
