- Take his garment that is surety for a stranger, and take a pledge of him for a strange woman.
- He that blesseth his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted a curse to him.

- 利口な 者はわざわいを 見て， これを 避け， わきまえのない 者は 進んで 行って， 罰を 受ける．
- 他國人の 保證人となるときは， その 者の 着物を 取れ． 見知らぬ 女のためにも， 着物を 抵當に 取れ．
- 朝早くから， 大聲で 友人を 祝福すると， かえってのろいとみなされる．
