미가

  미가는 북이스라엘과 남유다를 향해 예언한 선지자로, 요담 말기부터 히스기야 시대까지 활동한 것으로 보인다. 당시 앗수르는 디글랏 빌레셋 3세가 왕위에 올라 남진 정책을 폈다. 이로 인해 북이스라엘과 남유다는 앗수르의 침략 위협에 직면하고 있었다. 이러한 상황에서 남유다와 북이스라엘에는 국력을 정비하는 일이 무엇보다도 급선무였다. 그러나 그들은 국력을 정비하기보다는 정치적, 사회적, 종교적, 도덕적으로 더욱 타락해 가는 양상을 보였다. 이러한 상황에서 미가는 남북 왕국의 멸망과 그 후에 있을 하나님의 구원을 전하기 위해 본서를 기록하였다.

  본서는 하나님을 격노케 한 사마리아와 예루살렘의 죄상을 고발하고 하나님의 심판이 이미 정해졌음을 경고하며 그들의 회개를 촉구하고 있다. 또한 다윗의 언약이 장차 메시아 왕국의 도래로 인해 성취될 것임을 예언함으로써 소망을 주고 있다.

 

 

미가 1:1-3:12

 미가는 하나님의 말씀에 따라 전 이스라엘을 향해 심판을 선포하고 사마리아의 멸망을 예언하였다. 그는 약하고 가난한 자를 억압한 권세자들의 죄와 참선지자의 예언보다 자신의 뜻에 맞춰 주는 거짓 선지자의 말을 청종했던 백성들의 죄를 책망한 후, 예루살렘과 성전의 파괴를 예언하였다.
  
  이스라엘의 심판(1:1-3:12)    
 
  1. The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.
  2. Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.
  3. For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.
  4. And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
  5. For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
  1. ユダ の 王 ヨタム ， アハズ および ヒゼキヤ の 世に， モレシテ びと ミカ が， サマリヤ と エルサレム について 示された 主の 言葉．
  2. あなたがたすべての 民よ， 聞け． 地とその 中に 滿てる 者よ， 耳を 傾けよ． 主なる 神はあなたがたにむかって 證言し， 主はその 聖なる 宮から 證言される．
  3. 見よ， 主はそのご 座所から 出てこられ， 下ってきて 地の 高い 所を 踏まれる．
  4. 山は 彼の 下に 溶け， 谷は 裂け， 火の 前のろうのごとく， 坂に 流れる 水のようだ．
  5. これはみな ヤコブ のとがのゆえ， イスラエル の 家の 罪のゆえである． ヤコブ のとがとは 何か， サマリヤ ではないか． ユダ の 家の 罪とは 何か， エルサレム ではないか．
  1. Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
  2. And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.
  3. Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.
  4. For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
  5. Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
  1. このゆえにわたしは サマリヤ を 野の 石塚となし， ぶどうを 植える 所となし， またその 石を 谷に 投げ 落し， その 基をあらわにする．
  2. その 彫像はみな ¿かれ， その 獲た 價はみな 火で 燒かれる． わたしはその 偶像をことごとくこわす． これは 遊女の 價から 集めたのだから， 遊女の 價に 歸る．
  3. わたしはこれがために 嘆き 悲しみ， はだしと 裸で 步きまわり， 山犬のように 嘆き， だちょうのように 悲しみ 鳴く．
  4. サマリヤ の 傷はいやすことのできないもので， ユダ までひろがり， わが 民の 門， エルサレム まで 及んでいる．
  5. ガテ に 告げるな， 泣き 叫ぶな． ベテレアフラ で， ちりの 中にころがれ．
  1. Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.
  2. For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.
  3. O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
  4. Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
  5. Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
  1. サピル に 住む 者よ， 裸になり， 恥をこうむって 進み 行け． ザアナン に 住む 者は 出てこない． ベテエゼル の 嘆きはあなたがたからその 跡を 斷つ．
  2. マロテ に 住む 者は 氣づかわしそうに 幸を 待つ． 災が 主から 出て， エルサレム の 門に 臨んだからである．
  3. ラキシ に 住む 者よ， 戰車に 早馬をつなげ． ラキシ は シオン の 娘にとって 罪の 初めであった． イスラエル のとがが， あなたがたのうちに 見られたからである．
  4. それゆえ， あなたは モレセテ · ガテ に ／別れの 贈り 物を 與える． アクジブ の 家¿は イスラエル の 王たちにとって， 人を 欺くものとなる．
  5. マレシャ に 住む 者よ， わたしはまた 侵略者をあなたの 所に 連れて 行く． イスラエル の 榮光は アドラム に 去るであろう．
  1. Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
  1. あなたの 喜ぶ 子らのために， あなたの 髮をそり 落せ． そのそった 所をはげたかのように 大きくせよ． 彼らは 捕えられてあなたを 離れるからである．
 
 
  1. Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
  2. And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
  3. Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
  4. In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.
  5. Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
  1. その 床の 上で 不義を 計り， 惡を 行う 者はわざわいである． 彼らはその 手に 力あるゆえ， 夜が 明けるとこれを 行う．
  2. 彼らは 田畑をむさぼってこれを 奪い， 家をむさぼってこれを 取る． 彼らは 人をしえたげてその 家を 奪い， 人をしえたげてその 嗣業を 奪う．
  3. それゆえ， 主はこう 言われる， 見よ， わたしはこのやからにむかって ／災を 下そうと 計る． あなたがたはその 首を ／これから， はずすことはできない． また， まっすぐに 立って 步くことはできない． これは 災の 時だからである．
  4. その 日， 人¿は 歌を 作ってあなたがたをののしり， 悲しみの 歌をもって 嘆き 悲しみ， 「われわれはことごとく 滅ぼされる， わが 民の 分は 人に 與えられる． どうしてこれはわたしから 離れるのであろう． われわれの 田畑は ／われわれを 捕えた 者の 間に 分け 與えられる 」と 言う．
  5. それゆえ， 主の 會衆のうちには ／くじによって 測りなわを 張る 者はひとりもなくなる．
  1. Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.
  2. O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
  3. Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
  4. The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.
  5. Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
  1. 彼らは 言う， 「あなたがたは 說敎してはならない． そのような 事について 說敎してはならない． そうすればわれわれは 恥をこうむることがない 」と．
  2. ヤコブ の 家よ， そんなことは 言えるのだろうか． 主は 氣短な 方であろうか． これらは 主のみわざなのであろうか． わが 言葉は 正しく 步む 者に， 益とならないのであろうか．
  3. ところが， あなたがたは 立ってわが 民の 敵となり， いくさのことを 知らずに， 安らかに 過ぎゆく 者から， 平和な 者から， 上着をはぎ 取り，
  4. わが 民の 女たちをその 樂しい 家から 追い 出し， その 子どもから， わが 榮えをとこしえに 奪う．
  5. 立って 去れ， これはあなたがたの 休み 場所ではない． これは 汚れのゆえに 滅びる． その 滅びは 悲慘な 滅びだ．
  1. If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
  2. I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
  3. The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
  1. もし 人が 風に 步み， 僞りを 言い， 「わたしはぶどう 酒と 濃き 酒とについて， あなたに 說敎しよう 」と 言うならば， その 人はこの 民の 說敎者となるであろう．
  2. ヤコブ よ， わたしは 必ずあなたをことごとく 集め， イスラエル の 殘れる 者を 集める． わたしはこれをおりの 羊のように， 牧場の 中の 群れのように 共におく． これは 人の 多きによって ¿がしくなる．
  3. 打ち 破る 者は 彼らに 先だって 登りゆき， 彼らは 門を 打ち 破り， これをとおって 外に 出て 行く． 彼らの 王はその 前に 進み， 主はその 先頭に 立たれる．
 
 
  1. And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
  2. Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
  3. Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.
  4. Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
  5. Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
  1. わたしは 言った， ヤコブ のかしらたちよ， イスラエル の 家のつかさたちよ， 聞け， 公義はあなたがたの 知っておるべきことではないか．
  2. あなたがたは 善を 憎み， 惡を 愛し， わが 民の 身から 皮をはぎ， その 骨から 肉をそぎ，
  3. またわが 民の 肉を 食らい， その 皮をはぎ， その 骨を ¿き， これを 切りきざんで， なべに 入れる 食物のようにし， 大なべに 入れる 肉のようにする．
  4. こうして 彼らが 主に 呼ばわっても， 主はお 答えにならない． かえってその 時には， み 顔を 彼らに 隱される． 彼らのおこないが 惡いからである．
  5. わが 民を 惑わす 預言者について 主はこう 言われる， 彼らは 食べ 物のある 時には， 「平安 」を 叫ぶけれども， その 口に 何も 與えない 者にむかっては， 宣戰を 布告する．
  1. Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
  2. Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
  3. But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
  4. Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
  5. They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
  1. それゆえ， あなたがたには 夜があっても 幻がなく， 暗やみがあっても 占いがない． 太陽はその 預言者たちに ¿し， ¿も 彼らの 上に 暗くなる．
  2. 先見者は 恥をかき， 占い 師は 顔をあからめ， 彼らは 皆そのくちびるをおおう． 神の 答がないからである．
  3. しかしわたしは 主のみたまによって 力に 滿ち， 公義と 勇氣とに 滿たされ， ヤコブ にそのとがを 示し， イスラエル にその 罪を 示すことができる．
  4. ヤコブ の 家のかしらたち， イスラエル の 家のつかさたちよ， すなわち 公義を 憎み， すべての 正しい 事を 曲げる 者よ， これを 聞け．
  5. あなたがたは 血をもって シオン を 建て， 不義をもって エルサレム を 建てた．
  1. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
  2. Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
  1. そのかしらたちは， まいないをとってさばき， その 祭司たちは 價をとって 敎え， その 預言者たちは 金をとって 占う． しかもなお 彼らは 主に 寄り 賴んで， 「主はわれわれの 中におられるではないか， だから 災はわれわれに 臨むことがない 」と 言う．
  2. それゆえ， シオン はあなたがたのゆえに ／田畑となって 耕され， エルサレム は 石塚となり， 宮の 山は 木のおい 茂る 高い 所となる．
