누가복음

  본서는 의원 누가가 데오빌로 개인뿐만 아니라 많은 이방인들에게 믿음을 갖게 하고 범세계적인 구원의 복음을 확실하게 전하려는 목적으로 기록하였다. 인자(人子)의 복음으로도 불리우는 본서는 예수님의 생애를 순서적으로 정리하여 하나님인 동시에 완전한 인간이신 예수님을 증거하고 있다. 특히 예수님의 탄생에 대해 복음서 중 가장 많은 분량을 할애하였고, 예수님의 어린 시절이 유일하게 기록되어 있다.

  본서는 세례 요한과 예수님의 탄생 기사에 이어 예수님의 갈릴리 사역, 후기 유대와 베레아 사역, 예수님의 부활과 승천 등의 많은 증인들에 대해 기록하고 있다. 특히 가난하고 소외된 자들과 버림받고 죄 지은 자들에 대한 깊은 관심을 나타내며, 용서와 사랑의 법을 강조하고 있다.

 

 

누가복음 1:1-1:25

 세례 요한의 아버지 사가랴는 천사 가브리엘을 통해 아들의 출생에 대한 예언을 받았다.
  
  세례 요한의 출생 예고(1:1-1:25)    
 
  1. わたしたちの 間に 成就された 出來事を， 最初から 親しく 見た 人¿であって，
  2. 御言に 仕えた 人¿が 傳えたとおり 物語に 書き 連ねようと， 多くの 人が 手を 着けましたが，
  3. テオピロ 閣下よ， わたしもすべての 事を 初めから 詳しく 調べていますので， ここに， それを 順序正しく 書きつづって， 閣下に 獻じることにしました．
  4. すでにお 聞きになっている 事が 確實であることを， これによって 十分に 知っていただきたいためであります．
  5. ユダヤ の 王 ヘロデ の 世に， アビヤ の 組の 祭司で 名を ザカリヤ という 者がいた． その 妻は アロン 家の 娘のひとりで， 名を エリサベツ といった．
  1. Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us,
  2. just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word.
  3. Therefore, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus,
  4. so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught.
  5. In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron.
  1. ふたりとも 神のみまえに 正しい 人であって， 主の 戒めと 定めとを， みな 落度なく 行っていた．
  2. ところが， エリサベツ は 不妊の 女であったため， 彼らには 子がなく， そしてふたりともすでに 年老いていた．
  3. さて ザカリヤ は， その 組が 當番になり 神のみまえに 祭司の 務をしていたとき，
  4. 祭司職の 慣例に 從ってくじを 引いたところ， 主の 聖所にはいって 香をたくことになった．
  5. 香をたいている 間， 多くの 民衆はみな 外で 祈っていた．
  1. Both of them were upright in the sight of God, observing all the Lord's commandments and regulations blamelessly.
  2. But they had no children, because Elizabeth was barren; and they were both well along in years.
  3. Once when Zechariah's division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God,
  4. he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.
  5. And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.
  1. すると 主の 御使が 現れて， 香壇の 右に 立った．
  2. ザカリヤ はこれを 見て， おじ 惑い， 恐怖の 念に 襲われた．
  3. そこで 御使が 彼に 言った， 「恐れるな， ザカリヤ よ， あなたの 祈が 聞きいれられたのだ． あなたの 妻 エリサベツ は 男の 子を 産むであろう． その 子を ヨハネ と 名づけなさい．
  4. 彼はあなたに 喜びと 樂しみとをもたらし， 多くの 人¿もその 誕生を 喜ぶであろう．
  5. 彼は 主のみまえに 大いなる 者となり， ぶどう 酒や 强い 酒をいっさい 飮まず， 母の 胎內にいる 時からすでに 聖靈に 滿たされており，
  1. Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense.
  2. When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear.
  3. But the angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to give him the name John.
  4. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth,
  5. for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even from birth.
  1. そして， イスラエル の 多くの 子らを， 主なる 彼らの 神に 立ち 歸らせるであろう．
  2. 彼は エリヤ の 靈と 力とをもって， みまえに 先立って 行き， 父の 心を 子に 向けさせ， 逆らう 者に 義人の 思いを 持たせて， 整えられた 民を 主に 備えるであろう 」．
  3. すると ザカリヤ は 御使に 言った， 「どうしてそんな 事が， わたしにわかるでしょうか． わたしは 老人ですし， 妻も 年をとっています 」．
  4. 御使が 答えて 言った， 「わたしは 神のみまえに 立つ ガブリエル であって， この 喜ばしい 知らせをあなたに 語り 傳えるために， つかわされたものである．
  5. 時が 來れば 成就するわたしの 言葉を 信じなかったから， あなたは 口がきけなくなり， この 事の 起る 日まで， ものが 言えなくなる 」．
  1. Many of the people of Israel will he bring back to the Lord their God.
  2. And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous--to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
  3. Zechariah asked the angel, "How can I be sure of this? I am an old man and my wife is well along in years."
  4. The angel answered, "I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news.
  5. And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens, because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their proper time."
  1. 民衆は ザカリヤ を 待っていたので， 彼が 聖所內で 暇どっているのを 不思議に 思っていた．
  2. ついに 彼は 出てきたが， 物が 言えなかったので， 人¿は 彼が 聖所內でまぼろしを 見たのだと 悟った． 彼は 彼らに 合圖をするだけで， 引きつづき， 口がきけないままでいた．
  3. それから 務の 期日が 終ったので， 家に 歸った．
  4. そののち， 妻 エリサベツ はみごもり， 五か 月のあいだ 引きこもっていたが，
  5. 「主は， 今わたしを 心にかけてくださって， 人¿の 間からわたしの 恥を 取り 除くために， こうしてくださいました 」と 言った．
  1. Meanwhile, the people were waiting for Zechariah and wondering why he stayed so long in the temple.
  2. When he came out, he could not speak to them. They realized he had seen a vision in the temple, for he kept making signs to them but remained unable to speak.
  3. When his time of service was completed, he returned home.
  4. After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion.
  5. "The Lord has done this for me," she said. "In these days he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people."
