- ひとみのようにわたしを 守り， みつばさの 陰にわたしを 隱し，
- わたしをしえたげる 惡しき 者から， わたしを 圍む 恐ろしい 敵から， のがれさせてください．
- 彼らはその 心を 閉じて， あわれむことなく， その 口をもって 高ぶって 語るのです．
- 彼らはわたしを 追いつめ， わたしを 圍み， わたしを 地に 投げ 倒さんと， その 目をそそぎます．
- 彼らはかき 裂かんと， いらだつししのごとく， 隱れた 所にひそみ 待つ 子じしのようです．

- Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,
- From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.
- They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.
- They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth;
- Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.

- 主よ， 立ちあがって， 彼らに 立ちむかい， 彼らを 倒してください． つるぎをもって 惡しき 者からわたしのいのちをお 救いください．
- 主よ， み 手をもって 人¿からわたしをお 救いください． すなわち 自分の 分け 前をこの 世で 受け， あなたの 寶をもってその 腹を 滿たされる ／世の 人¿からわたしをお 救いください． 彼らは 多くの 子に 飽き 足り， その 富を 幼な 子に 殘すのです．
- しかしわたしは 義にあって， み 顔を 見， 目ざめる 時， みかたちを 見て， 滿ち 足りるでしょう．

- Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
- From men which are thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.
- As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
