- もしあなたのあだが 飢えているならば， パン を 與えて 食べさせ， もしかわいているならば 水を 與えて 飮ませよ．
- こうするのは， 火を 彼のこうべに 積むのである， 主はあなたに 報いられる．
- 北風は 雨を 起し， 陰言をいう 舌は 人の 顔を 怒らす．
- 爭いを 好む 女と 一緖に 家におるよりは， 屋根のすみにおるほうがよい．
- 遠い 國から 來るよい 消息は， かわいている 人が 飮む 冷やかな 水のようだ．
