역대상 9:1-10:14

 포로 귀환 후 예루살렘에 거주하게 된 지파들과 귀환한 제사장, 레위인들, 그리고 사울의 족보가 기록되어 있다. 하나님 앞에 범죄한 사울은 블레셋과의 전투에서 패배함으로써 스스로 자살하는 비극적인 최후를 맞았다.
  
  포로 귀환자들(9:1-9:34)    
 
  1. イスラエル の 人¿はすべて 登錄され， 『イスラエル の 列王の 書 』に 記されている． ユダ は 神に 背いたために バビロン に 捕囚として 連れ 去られた．
  2. 最初に 自分たちの 町の 所有地に 歸って 住んだのは， イスラエル の 人¿， 祭司， レビ 人， 神殿の 使用人であった．
  3. また， エルサレム には ユダ の 一族の 一部， ベニヤミン の 一族の 一部， エフライム と マナセ の 一族の 一部が 住んだ．
  4. ウタイ ． その 父は アミフド ， 祖父は オムリ ， 更に イムリ ， バニ ， ペレツ ， ユダ とさかのぼる．
  5. シロ の 出身者では 長男の アサヤ とその 子ら．
  1. So all Israel were reckoned by genealogies; and, behold, they were written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah, who were carried away to Babylon for their transgression.
  2. Now the first inhabitants that dwelt in their possessions in their cities were, the Israelites, the priests, Levites, and the Nethinims.
  3. And in Jerusalem dwelt of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh;
  4. Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the children of Pharez the son of Judah.
  5. And of the Shilonites; Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.
  1. ゼラ の 一族では エウエル とその 兄弟六百九十人．
  2. ベニヤミン の 一族では サル ． その 父は メシュラム ， 祖父は ホダウヤ ， 更に セヌア とさかのぼる．
  3. また， エロハム の 子 イブネヤ ， ミクリ の 孫で ウジ の 子である エラ ， イブニヤ のひ 孫で レウエル の 孫で シェファトヤ の 子である メシュラム ．
  4. それに 系圖に 記された 彼らの 同族九百五十六人がいた． これらの 人¿は 皆， その 家系の 長であった．
  5. 祭司では エダヤ ， ヨヤリブ ， ヤキン ，
  1. And of the sons of Zerah; Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.
  2. And of the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hasenuah,
  3. And Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, and Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephathiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;
  4. And their brethren, according to their generations, nine hundred and fifty and six. All these men were chief of the fathers in the house of their fathers.
  5. And of the priests; Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,
  1. 神殿の 主管 アザルヤ ． アザルヤ の 父は ヒルキヤ ， 祖父は メシュラム ， 更に ツァドク ， メラヨト ， アヒトブ とさかのぼる．
  2. また， アダヤ ． その 父は エロハム ， 祖父は パシュフル ， 更に マルキヤ とさかのぼる． また， マサイ ． その 父は アディエル ， 祖父は ヤフゼラ ， 更に メシュラム ， メシレミト ， イメル とさかのぼる．
  3. それに 彼らの 兄弟で， それぞれの 家系の 長である 者が 千七百六十人いた． 彼らは 神殿の 奉仕の 職務について 有能な 人¿であった．
  4. レビ 人では， シェマヤ ． その 父は ハシュブ ， 祖父は アズリカム ， 更に ハシャブヤ ， メラリ とさかのぼる．

  1. And Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God;
  2. And Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah, and Maasiai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;
  3. And their brethren, heads of the house of their fathers, a thousand and seven hundred and threescore; very able men for the work of the service of the house of God.
  4. And of the Levites; Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;
  5. And Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;
  1. また， オバドヤ ． その 父は シェマヤ ， 祖父は ガラル ， 更に エドトン とさかのぼる． また， ネトファ 人の 村に 住んでいた エルカナ の 孫で アサ の 子である ベレクヤ ．
  2. 門衛は， シャルム ， アクブ ， タルモン ， アヒマン ． その 兄弟 シャルム が 頭で，
  3. 今でも 東にある 王の 門にいる． 彼らは レビ 人の 宿營の 門衛である．
  4. コラ のひ 孫で エブヤサフ の 孫で コレ の 子である シャルム と， その 父の 家の 兄弟たち， つまり コラ 家の 者が， 幕屋の 入り 口を 守る 者としての 職務に 就いた． 彼らの 先祖も 主の 宿營の 入り 口を 守っていた．
  5. エルアザル の 子 ピネハス が 以前彼らの 長であった． 主が 彼と 共におられますように．
  1. And Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.
  2. And the porters were, Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chief;
  3. Who hitherto waited in the king's gate eastward: they were porters in the companies of the children of Levi.
  4. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, being over the host of the LORD, were keepers of the entry.
  5. And Phinehas the son of Eleazar was the ruler over them in time past, and the LORD was with him.
  1. メシェレムヤ の 子 ゼカルヤ が 臨在の 幕屋の 入り 口の 門衛であった．
  2. えり 拔かれて 戶口に 立った 門衛は 皆で 二百十二人， それぞれその 村で 登錄されている． ダビデ と 先見者 サムエル が 彼らにこの 仕事を 任せた．
  3. 彼らとその 子孫が， 幕屋である 主の 神殿， ／門の 警備を 託された．
  4. 彼らは 門衛として 東， 西， 南， 北の 四方に 立った．
  5. 村にいる 彼らの 兄弟たちは， 時に 應じて 彼らを 助けに 來て 七日間とどまった．
  1. And Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was porter of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
  2. All these which were chosen to be porters in the gates were two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy in their villages, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office.
  3. So they and their children had the oversight of the gates of the house of the LORD, namely, the house of the tabernacle, by wards.
  4. In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.
  5. And their brethren, which were in their villages, were to come after seven days from time to time with them.
  1. 四人の 門衛長はいつも 任務に 就いていた． 神殿の 祭司室と 寶物庫の 責任を 負ったのは レビ 人であった．
  2. 彼らは 神殿の 周圍で 夜を 過ごした． 神殿を 警備し， 每朝その 扉を 開くことが 彼らの 責任であった．
  3. また 彼らの 中の 幾人かは 祭儀用具の 責任を 負い， 數を 確かめて 出し 入れした．
  4. また 彼らの 中の 幾人かは 祭具， すべての 聖なる 祭具をはじめ， 麥粉， ぶどう 酒， オリ ― ブ 油， 香， 香料の 責任を 持った．
  5. しかし， 香料の 調合をするのは 祭司の 一部の 者であった．
  1. For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in their set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.
  2. And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge was upon them, and the opening thereof every morning pertained to them.
  3. And certain of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.
  4. Some of them also were appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.
  5. And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.
  1. コラ 一族の シャルム の 長男， レビ 人の マティトヤ は， 平らな 菓子の 製造を 任せられた．
  2. 彼らの 兄弟， ケハト 一族の 幾人かは， 供え 物の パン を 安息日ごとに 準備する 責任を 負った．
  3. レビ 人の 家系の 長である 詠唱者たちは， 祭司室にとどまり， 他の 務めを 免除されていた． 彼らは ¿も 夜も 果たすべき 努めを 持っていたからである．
  4. 彼らは レビ 人の 家系の 長であり， それぞれの 系圖に 記された 頭である． 彼らは エルサレム に 住んだ．
  1. And Mattithiah, one of the Levites, who was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the set office over the things that were made in the pans.
  2. And other of their brethren, of the sons of the Kohathites, were over the shewbread, to prepare it every sabbath.
  3. And these are the singers, chief of the fathers of the Levites, who remaining in the chambers were free: for they were employed in that work day and night.
  4. These chief fathers of the Levites were chief throughout their generations; these dwelt at Jerusalem.
 
  사울의 족보와 죽음(9:35-10:14)    
 
  1. ギブオン には ギブオン の 父 エヒエル が 住み， 妻の 名は マアカ といった．
  2. その 子は， 長男 アブドン ， 更に ツル ， キシュ ， バアル ， ネル ， ナダブ ，
  3. ゲドル ， アフヨ ， ゼカルヤ ， ミクロト である．
  4. ミクロト には シムアム が 生まれた． 彼らもその 兄弟たちの 傍らで 共に エルサレム に 住んだ．
  5. ネル には キシュ が 生まれ， キシュ には サウル が 生まれ， サウル には ヨナタン ， マルキ · シュア ， アビナダブ ， エシュバアル が 生まれた．
  1. And in Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, whose wife's name was Maachah:
  2. And his firstborn son Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab.
  3. And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.
  4. And Mikloth begat Shimeam. And they also dwelt with their brethren at Jerusalem, over against their brethren.
  5. And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
  1. ヨナタン の 子は， メリブ · バアル ． メリブ · バアル には ミカ が 生まれた．
  2. ミカ の 子は， ピトン ， メレク ， タフレア ．
  3. アハズ には ヤラ が 生まれ， ヤラ には アレメト ， アズマベト ， ジムリ が 生まれ， ジムリ には モツァ が 生まれ，
  4. モツァ には ビンア が 生まれた． その 子は レファヤ ， 孫は エルアサ ， ひ 孫は アツェル ．
  5. アツェル には 六人の 子があり， その 名は アズリカム ， ボクル ， イシュマエル ， シェアルヤ ， オバドヤ ， ハナン である． 彼らは アツェル の 子である．
  1. And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal begat Micah.
  2. And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea, and Ahaz.
  3. And Ahaz begat Jarah; and Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza;
  4. And Moza begat Binea; and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.
  5. And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these were the sons of Azel.
 
 
  1. ペリシテ 軍が イスラエル に 戰いを 挑んできた． イスラエル 兵は ペリシテ 軍の 前から 逃げ 去り， 傷ついた 兵士たちが ギルボア 山上で 倒れた．
  2. ペリシテ 軍は， サウル とその 息子たちの 後ろに 迫り， サウル の 息子 ヨナタン ， アビナダブ ， マルキ · シュア を 討った．
  3. サウル に 對する 攻擊も 激しくなり， 射手たちが サウル を 見つけ， サウル は 彼らによって 傷を 負った．
  4. サウル は 彼の 武器を 持つ 從卒に 命じた． 「お 前の 劍を 拔き， わたしを 刺し 殺してくれ． あの 無割禮の 者どもに 襲われてなぶりものにされたくない． 」だが， 從卒は 非常に 恐れ， そうすることができなかったので， サウル は 劍を 取り， その 上に 倒れ 伏した．
  5. 從卒は サウル が 死んだのを 見ると， 自分も 劍の 上に 倒れ 伏して 死んだ．
  1. Now the Philistines fought against Israel; and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa.
  2. And the Philistines followed hard after Saul, and after his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Malchishua, the sons of Saul.
  3. And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers hit him, and he was wounded of the archers.
  4. Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
  5. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died.
  1. こうして サウル とその 三人の 息子は 死んで， その 家もすべて 絶えた．
  2. 谷にいた イスラエル 人は 皆， 兵士が 逃げ， サウル とその 息子たちが 死んだのを 見ると， 自分たちの 町をことごとく 捨てて 逃げ 去ったので， ペリシテ 軍が 來てそこにとどまった．
  3. 翌日， 戰死者からはぎ 取ろうとやって 來た ペリシテ 軍は， サウル とその 息子たちが ギルボア 山上に 倒れているのを 見つけた．
  4. 彼らは サウル の 遺品を 奪うだけでなく， その 首と 武具も 奪った． ペリシテ 全土に 使者が 送られ， 彼らの 偶像と 民に 戰勝が 傳えられた．
  5. 彼らは サウル の 武具を 神¿の 神殿に 納め， その 頭は ダゴン の 神殿にさらした．
  1. So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.
  2. And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, then they forsook their cities, and fled: and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.
  3. And it came to pass on the morrow, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found Saul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa.
  4. And when they had stripped him, they took his head, and his armour, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to carry tidings unto their idols, and to the people.
  5. And they put his armour in the house of their gods, and fastened his head in the temple of Dagon.
  1. ギレアド の ヤベシュ の 人¿は 皆， ペリシテ 軍の サウル に 對する 仕打ちのすべてについて 聞いた．
  2. 戰士たちは 皆立って， サウル とその 息子たちの 屍を 取りに 行き， ヤベシュ に 持ち 歸って， 彼らの 骨を ヤベシュ の ¿の 木の 下に 葬り， 七日間， 斷食した．
  3. サウル は， 主に 背いた 罪のため， 主の 言葉を 守らず， かえって 口寄せに 伺いを 立てたために 死んだ．
  4. 彼は 主に 尋ねようとしなかったために， 主は 彼を 殺し， 王位を エッサイ の 子 ダビデ に 渡された．
  1. And when all Jabeshgilead heard all that the Philistines had done to Saul,
  2. They arose, all the valiant men, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
  3. So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;
  4. And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.
