잠언 10:11-10:21

 지혜로운 자는 그 입을 조심하나, 미련한 자는 그렇지 못하여 패망하게 된다.
  
 
  1. 神に 從う 人の 口は 命の 源 ／神に 逆らう 者の 口は 不法を 隱す．
  2. 憎しみはいさかいを 引き 起こす． 愛はすべての 罪を 覆う．
  3. 聰明な 唇には 知惠がある． 意志の 弱い 者の 背には 杖．
  4. 知惠ある 人は 知識を 隱す． 無知な 者の 口には 破滅が 近い．
  5. 金持ちの 財産は 彼の 砦 ／弱い 人の 貧乏は 破滅．
  1. The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
  2. Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.
  3. In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
  4. Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.
  5. The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
  1. 神に 從う 人の 收入は 生活を 支えるため ／神に 逆らう 者の 稼ぎは 罪のため．
  2. 諭しを 守る 人は 命の 道を 步み ／懲らしめを 捨てる 者は 踏み 誤る．
  3. うそを 言う 唇は 憎しみを 隱している． 愚か 者は 惡口を 言う．
  4. 口數が 多ければ 罪は 避けえない． 唇を 制すれば 成功する．
  5. 神に 從う 人の 舌は 精選された 銀． 神に 逆らう 者の 心は 無に 等しい．
  1. The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin.
  2. He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth.
  3. He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
  4. In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.
  5. The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth.
  1. 神に 從う 人の 唇は 多くの 人を 養う． 無知な 者は 意志が 弱くて 死ぬ．
  1. The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom.
