미가

  미가는 북이스라엘과 남유다를 향해 예언한 선지자로, 요담 말기부터 히스기야 시대까지 활동한 것으로 보인다. 당시 앗수르는 디글랏 빌레셋 3세가 왕위에 올라 남진 정책을 폈다. 이로 인해 북이스라엘과 남유다는 앗수르의 침략 위협에 직면하고 있었다. 이러한 상황에서 남유다와 북이스라엘에는 국력을 정비하는 일이 무엇보다도 급선무였다. 그러나 그들은 국력을 정비하기보다는 정치적, 사회적, 종교적, 도덕적으로 더욱 타락해 가는 양상을 보였다. 이러한 상황에서 미가는 남북 왕국의 멸망과 그 후에 있을 하나님의 구원을 전하기 위해 본서를 기록하였다.

  본서는 하나님을 격노케 한 사마리아와 예루살렘의 죄상을 고발하고 하나님의 심판이 이미 정해졌음을 경고하며 그들의 회개를 촉구하고 있다. 또한 다윗의 언약이 장차 메시아 왕국의 도래로 인해 성취될 것임을 예언함으로써 소망을 주고 있다.

 

 

미가 1:1-3:12

 미가는 하나님의 말씀에 따라 전 이스라엘을 향해 심판을 선포하고 사마리아의 멸망을 예언하였다. 그는 약하고 가난한 자를 억압한 권세자들의 죄와 참선지자의 예언보다 자신의 뜻에 맞춰 주는 거짓 선지자의 말을 청종했던 백성들의 죄를 책망한 후, 예루살렘과 성전의 파괴를 예언하였다.
  
  이스라엘의 심판(1:1-3:12)    
 
  1. ユダ の 王 ヨタム ， アハズ ， ヒゼキヤ の 時代に， モレシェト の 人 ミカ に 臨んだ 主の 言葉． それは， 彼が サマリア と エルサレム について 幻に 見たものである．
  2. 諸國の 民よ， 皆聞け． 大地とそれを 滿たすもの， 耳を 傾けよ． 主なる 神はお 前たちに 對する 證人となられる． 主は， その 聖なる 神殿から 來られる．
  3. 見よ， 主はその 住まいを 出て， 降り ／地の 聖なる 高台を 踏まれる．
  4. 山¿はその 足もとに 溶け， 平地は 裂ける ／火の 前の ¿のように ／斜面を 流れ 下る 水のように．
  5. これらすべてのことは ／ ヤコブ の 罪のゆえに ／ イスラエル の 咎のゆえに 起こる． ヤコブ の 罪とは 何か ／ サマリア ではないか． ユダ の 聖なる 高台とは 何か ／ エルサレム ではないか．
  1. The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.
  2. Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.
  3. For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.
  4. And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
  5. For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
  1. わたしは サマリア を 野原の 瓦 ラ の 山とし ／ぶどうを 植える 所とする． その 石垣を 谷へ 投げ 落とし ／その 土台をむき 出しにする．
  2. サマリア の 彫像はすべて ¿かれ ／淫行の 報酬はすべて 火で 燒かれる． わたしはその 偶像をすべて 粉¿する． それは 遊女の 報酬から 集めたものだから ／遊女の 報酬に 戾される．
  3. このため， わたしは 悲しみの 聲をあげ ／泣き 叫び， 裸， はだしで 步き 回り ／山犬のように 悲しみの 聲をあげ ／喚鳥のように 嘆く．
  4. まことに， 痛手はいやし 難く ／ ユダ にまで 及び， わが 民の 門 エルサレム に 達する．
  5. ガト で 告げるな， 「決して 泣くな 」と． ベト · レアフラ で 塵に 轉がるがよい．
  1. Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
  2. And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.
  3. Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.
  4. For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
  5. Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
  1. シャフィル の 住民よ， 立ち 去れ． ツァアナン の 住民は ／裸で 恥じて 出て 行ったではないか． ベト · エツェル にも 悲しみの 聲が 起こり ／その 支えはお 前たちから 奪われた．
  2. マロト の 住民は 幸いを 待っていたが ／災いが 主から エルサレム の 門にくだされた．
  3. ラキシュ の 住民よ， 戰車に 早馬をつなげ． ラキシュ は 娘 シオン の 罪の 初めである． お 前の 中に イスラエル の 背きが 見いだされる．
  4. それゆえ， モレシェト · ガト に 離緣を 言い 渡せ． イスラエル の 王たちにとって ／ アクジブ の 家¿は， 水がなくて ／人を 欺く 泉（アクザブ ）となった．
  5. マレシャ の 住民よ， ついにわたしは ／征服者をお 前のもとに 來させる． イスラエル の 榮光は アドラム に 去る．
  1. Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.
  2. For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.
  3. O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
  4. Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
  5. Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
  1. お 前の 喜びであった 子らのゆえに ／髮の 毛をそり 落とせ． 禿鷹の 頭のように 大きなはげをつくれ ／彼らがお 前のもとから 連れ 去られたからだ．
  1. Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
 
 
  1. 災いだ， 寢床の 上で 惡をたくらみ ／惡事を 謀る 者は． 夜明けとともに， 彼らはそれを 行う． 力をその 手に 持っているからだ．
  2. 彼らは ·欲に 畑を 奪い， 家¿を 取り 上げる． 住人から 家を， 人¿から 嗣業を 强奪する．
  3. それゆえ， 主はこう 言われる． 「見よ， わたしもこの 輩に 災いをたくらむ． お 前たちは 自分の 首をそこから 放しえず ／もはや 頭を 高く 上げて 步くことはできない． これはまさに 災いのときである． 」
  4. その 日， 人¿はお 前たちに 向かって ／嘲りの 歌をうたい ／苦い 嘆きの 歌をうたって 言う． 「我らは 打ちのめされた． 主はわが 民の 土地を 人手に 渡される． どうして， それはわたしから 取り 去られ ／我¿の 畑が 背く 者に 分けられるのか． 」
  5. それゆえ， 主の 集會で ／お 前のためにくじを 投げ ／¿を 張って 土地を 分け 與える 者は ／ひとりもいなくなる．
  1. Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
  2. And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
  3. Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
  4. In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.
  5. Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
  1. 「たわごとを 言うな 」と 言いながら ／彼らは 自らたわごとを 言い ／「こんなことについてたわごとを 言うな． そんな 非難は 當たらない．
  2. ヤコブ の 家は 呪われているのか． 主は 氣短な 方だろうか． これが 主のなされる 業だろうか 」と 言う． わたしの 言葉は 正しく 步む 者に ／益とならないだろうか．
  3. 昨日までわが 民であった 者が ／敵となって 立ち 上がる． 平和な 者から 彼らは 衣服をはぎ 取る ／戰いを 避け， 安らかに 過ぎ 行こうとする 者から．
  4. 彼らはわが 民の 女たちを 樂しい 家から 追い 出し ／幼子たちから， わが 譽れを 永久に 奪い 去る．
  5. 立て， 出て 行くがよい． ここは 安住の 地ではない． この 地は 汚れのゆえに 滅びる． その 滅びは 悲慘である．
  1. Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.
  2. O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
  3. Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
  4. The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.
  5. Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
  1. だれかが 步き 回って， 空しい 僞りを 語り ／「ぶどう 酒と 濃い 酒を 飮みながら ／お 前にとくと 預言を 聞かせよう 」と 言えば ／その 者は， この 民にたわごとを 言う 者とされる．
  2. ヤコブ よ， わたしはお 前たちすべてを 集め ／ イスラエル の 殘りの 者を 呼び 寄せる． わたしは 彼らを 羊のように 圍いの 中に ／群れのように， 牧場に 導いてひとつにする． 彼らは 人¿と 共にざわめく．
  3. 打ち 破る 者が， 彼らに 先立って 上ると ／他の 者も 打ち 破って， 門を 通り， 外に 出る． 彼らの 王が 彼らに 先立って 進み ／主がその 先頭に 立たれる．
  1. If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
  2. I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
  3. The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
 
 
  1. わたしは 言った． 聞け， ヤコブ の 頭たち ／ イスラエル の 家の 指導者たちよ． 正義を 知ることが， お 前たちの 務めではないのか．
  2. 善を 憎み， 惡を 愛する 者 ／人¿の 皮をはぎ， 骨から 肉をそぎ 取る 者らよ．
  3. 彼らはわが 民の 肉を 食らい ／皮をはぎ 取り， 骨を 解體して ／鍋の 中身のように， 釜の 中の 肉のように ¿く．
  4. 今や， 彼らが 主に 助けを 叫び 求めても ／主は 答えられない． そのとき， 主は 御顔を 隱される ／彼らの 行いが 惡いからである．
  5. わが 民を 迷わす 預言者たちに 對して ／主はこう 言われる． 彼らは 齒で 何かをかんでいる 間は ／平和を 告げるが ／その 口に 何も 與えない 人には ／戰爭を 宣言する．
  1. And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
  2. Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
  3. Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.
  4. Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
  5. Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
  1. それゆえ， お 前たちには 夜が 臨んでも ／幻はなく ／暗闇が 臨んでも， 託宣は 與えられない． 預言者たちには， 太陽が 沈んで ¿も 暗くなる．
  2. 先見者はうろたえ ／託宣を 告げる 者は 恥をかき ／皆， 口ひげを 覆う． 神が 答えられないからだ．
  3. しかし， わたしは 力と 主の 靈 ／正義と 勇氣に 滿ち ／ ヤコブ に 咎を ／ イスラエル に 罪を 告げる．
  4. 聞け， このことを． ヤコブ の 家の 頭たち ／ イスラエル の 家の 指導者たちよ． 正義を 忌み 嫌い， まっすぐなものを 曲げ
  5. 流血をもって シオン を ／不正をもって エルサレム を 建てる 者たちよ．
  1. Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
  2. Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
  3. But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
  4. Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
  5. They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
  1. 頭たちは 賄賂を 取って 裁判をし ／祭司たちは 代價を 取って 敎え ／預言者たちは 金を 取って 託宣を 告げる． しかも 主を 賴りにして 言う． 「主が 我らの 中におられるではないか ／災いが 我¿に 及ぶことはない 」と．
  2. それゆえ， お 前たちのゆえに ／ シオン は 耕されて 畑となり ／ エルサレム は 石塚に 變わり ／神殿の 山は 木の 生い 茂る 聖なる 高台となる．
  1. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
  2. Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
