예레미야 26:1-27:22

 패역한 유다 백성들에게 하나님의 심판을 선포하면서 회개를 촉구했다는 이유로 예레미야는 유다 지도자들로부터 위협을 받았으나 아히감의 보호로 죽음을 면했다. 예레미야는 줄과 멍에를 목에 얹고서 다시 한 번 이방 열국에게 바벨론에 항복할 것을 권면했으며, 시드기야 왕과 유다 백성들에게 거짓 선지자들의 말에 속지 말고 바벨론에 항복할 것을 권고했다.
  
  핍박받는 예레미야(26:1-26:24)    
 
  1. ユダ の 王， ヨシヤ の 子 ヨヤキム の 治世の 初めに， 主からこの 言葉が エレミヤ に 臨んだ．
  2. 「主はこう 言われる． 主の 神殿の 庭に 立って 語れ． ユダ の 町¿から 禮拜のために 主の 神殿に 來るすべての 者に 向かって 語るように， わたしが 命じるこれらの 言葉をすべて 語れ． ひと 言も 減らしてはならない．
  3. 彼らが 聞いて， それぞれ 惡の 道から 立ち 歸るかもしれない． そうすれば， わたしは 彼らの 惡のゆえにくだそうと 考えている 災いを 思い 直す．
  4. 彼らに 向かって 言え． 主はこう 言われる． もし， お 前たちがわたしに 聞き 從わず， わたしが 與えた 律法に 從って 步まず，
  5. 倦むことなく 遣わしたわたしの 僕である 預言者たちの 言葉に 聞き 從わないならば ――お 前たちは 聞き 從わなかったが ――
  1. In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word came from the LORD, saying,
  2. "Thus says the LORD, 'Stand in the court of the LORD'S house, and speak to all the cities of Judah who have come to worship in the LORD'S house all the words that I have commanded you to speak to them Do not omit a word!
  3. 'Perhaps they will listen and everyone will turn from his evil way, that I may repent of the calamity which I am planning to do to them because of the evil of their deeds.'
  4. "And you will say to them, 'Thus says the LORD, "If you will not listen to Me, to walk in My law which I have set before you,
  5. to listen to the words of My servants the prophets, whom I have been sending to you again and again, but you have not listened;
  1. わたしはこの 神殿を シロ のようにし， この 都を 地上のすべての 國¿の 呪いの 的とする． 」
  2. 祭司と 預言者たちとすべての 民は， エレミヤ が 主の 神殿でこれらの 言葉を 語るのを 聞いた．
  3. エレミヤ が， 民のすべての 者に 語るように 主に 命じられたことを 語り 終えると， 祭司と 預言者たちと 民のすべては， 彼を 捕らえて 言った． 「あなたは 死刑に 處せられねばならない．

  2. The priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of the LORD.
  3. When Jeremiah finished speaking all that the LORD had commanded him to speak to all the people, the priests and the prophets and all the people seized him, saying, "You must die!
  4. "Why have you prophesied in the name of the LORD saying, 'This house will be like Shiloh and this city will be desolate, without inhabitant'?" And all the people gathered about Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.
  5. When the officials of Judah heard these things, they came up from the king's house to the house of the LORD and sat in the entrance of the New Gate of the LORD'S house.
  1. 祭司と 預言者たちは， 高官たちと 民のすべての 者に 向かって 言った． 「この 人の 罪は 死に 當たります． 彼は， あなたがた 自身が 聞かれたように， この 都に 敵對する 預言をしました． 」
  2. エレミヤ は 高官たちと 民のすべての 者に 向かって 言った． 「主がわたしを 遣わされ， お 前たちが 聞いたすべての 言葉をこの 神殿とこの 都に 對して 預言させられたのだ．
  3. 今こそ， お 前たちは 自分の 道と 行いを 正し， お 前たちの 神， 主の 聲に 聞き 從わねばならない． 主はこのように 告げられた 災いを 思い 直されるかもしれない．
  4. わたしはお 前たちの 手中にある． お 前たちの 目に 正しく， 善いと 思われることをするがよい．
  5. ただ， よく 覺えておくがよい， わたしを 殺せば， お 前たち 自身と， この 都とその 住民の 上に， 無實の 者の 血を 流した 罪を 招くということを． 確かに， 主がわたしを 遣わし， これらのすべての 言葉をお 前たちの 耳に 告げさせられたのだから． 」
  1. Then the priests and the prophets spoke to the officials and to all the people, saying, "A death sentence for this man! For he has prophesied against this city as you have heard in your hearing."
  2. Then Jeremiah spoke to all the officials and to all the people, saying, "The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that you have heard.
  3. "Now therefore amend your ways and your deeds and obey the voice of the LORD your God; and the LORD will change His mind about the misfortune which He has pronounced against you.
  4. "But as for me, behold, I am in your hands; do with me as is good and right in your sight.
  5. "Only know for certain that if you put me to death, you will bring innocent blood on yourselves, and on this city and on its inhabitants; for truly the LORD has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing."
  1. 高官たちと 民のすべての 者は， 祭司と 預言者たちに 向かって 言った． 「この 人には 死に 當たる 罪はない． 彼は 我¿の 神， 主の 名によって 語ったのだ． 」
  2. この 地の 長老が 數人立ち 上がり， 民の 全會衆に 向かって 言った．
  3. 「モレシェト の 人 ミカ は ユダ の 王 ヒゼキヤ の 時代に， ユダ のすべての 民に 預言して 言った． 『万軍の 主はこう 言われる． シオン は 耕されて 畑となり ／ エルサレム は 石塚に 變わり ／神殿の 山は 木の 生い 茂る 丘となる 』と．
  4. ユダ の 王 ヒゼキヤ と ユダ のすべての 人¿は， 彼を 殺したであろうか． 主を 畏れ， その 惠みを 祈り 求めたので， 主は 彼らに 告げた 災いを 思い 直されたではないか． 我¿は 自分の 上に 大きな 災いをもたらそうとしている． 」
  5. 主の 名によって 預言していた 人がもうひとりいた． それは， キルヤト · エアリム の 人， シェマヤ の 子 ウリヤ である． 彼はこの 都とこの 國に 對して， エレミヤ の 言葉と 全く 同じような 預言をしていた．
  1. Then the officials and all the people said to the priests and to the prophets, "No death sentence for this man! For he has spoken to us in the name of the LORD our God."
  2. Then some of the elders of the land rose up and spoke to all the assembly of the people, saying,
  3. "Micah of Moresheth prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah; and he spoke to all the people of Judah, saying, 'Thus the LORD of hosts has said, "Zion will be plowed as a field, And Jerusalem will become ruins, And the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest."'
  4. "Did Hezekiah king of Judah and all Judah put him to death? Did he not fear the LORD and entreat the favor of the LORD, and the LORD changed His mind about the misfortune which He had pronounced against them? But we are committing a great evil against ourselves."
  5. Indeed, there was also a man who prophesied in the name of the LORD, Uriah the son of Shemaiah from Kiriath-jearim; and he prophesied against this city and against this land words similar to all those of Jeremiah.
  1. ヨヤキム 王は， すべての 武將と 高官たちと 共に 彼の 言葉を 聞き， 彼を 殺そうとした． ウリヤ はこれを 聞いて， 恐れ， 逃れて， エジプト に 行った．
  2. ヨヤキム 王は アクボル の 子 エルナタン を， 數人の 者と 共に エジプト に 遣わした．

  1. When King Jehoiakim and all his mighty men and all the officials heard his words, then the king sought to put him to death; but Uriah heard it, and he was afraid and fled and went to Egypt.
  2. Then King Jehoiakim sent men to Egypt: Elnathan the son of Achbor and certain men with him went into Egypt.
  3. And they brought Uriah from Egypt and led him to King Jehoiakim, who slew him with a sword and cast his dead body into the burial place of the common people.
  4. But the hand of Ahikam the son of Shaphan was with Jeremiah, so that he was not given into the hands of the people to put him to death.
 
  바벨론의 멍에를 메라(27:1-27:22)    
 
  1. ユダ の 王， ヨシヤ の 子 ゼデキヤ の 治世の 初めに， この 言葉が 主から エレミヤ に 臨んだ．
  2. 「主はわたしにこう 言われる． 阿の 橫木と 綱を 作って， あなたの 首にはめよ．
  3. そして， ユダ の 王 ゼデキヤ のもとに 遣わされて エルサレム に 來た， エドム の 王， モアブ の 王， アンモン 人の 王， ティルス の 王， シドン の 王の 使者たちに 傳言を 持ち 歸らせよ．
  4. あなたは 彼らに 命じて， それぞれの 主君に 次のように 言わせるのだ． イスラエル の 神， 万軍の 主はこう 言われる． あなたたちの 主君にこう 言いなさい．
  5. わたしは， 大いなる 力を 振るい， 腕を 伸ばして， 大地を 造り， また 地上に 人と 動物を 造って， わたしの 目に 正しいと 思われる 者に 與える．
  1. In the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying--
  2. thus says the LORD to me--"Make for yourself bonds and yokes and put them on your neck,
  3. and send word to the king of Edom, to the king of Moab, to the king of the sons of Ammon, to the king of Tyre and to the king of Sidon by the messengers who come to Jerusalem to Zedekiah king of Judah.
  4. "Command them to go to their masters, saying, 'Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, thus you shall say to your masters,
  5. "I have made the earth, the men and the beasts which are on the face of the earth by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will give it to the one who is pleasing in My sight.
  1. 今やわたしは， これらの 國を， すべてわたしの 僕 バビロン の 王 ネブカドネツァル の 手に 與え， 野の ¿までも 彼に 與えて 仕えさせる．
  2. 諸國民はすべて 彼とその 子と， その 孫に 仕える． しかし， 彼の 國にも 終わりの 時が 來れば， 多くの 國¿と 大王たちが 彼を 奴隷にするであろう．
  3. バビロン の 王 ネブカドネツァル に 仕えず， バビロン の 王の 阿を 首に 負おうとしない 國や 王國があれば， わたしは 劍， 飢鴨， 疫病をもってその 國を 罰する， と 主は 言われる． 最後には 彼の 手をもって 滅ぼす．
  4. あなたたちは， 預言者， 占い 師， 夢占い， 卜者， 魔法使いたちに 聞き 從ってはならない． 彼らは， バビロン の 王に 仕えるべきではないと 言っているが，

  1. "Now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and I have given him also the wild animals of the field to serve him.
  2. "All the nations shall serve him and his son and his grandson until the time of his own land comes; then many nations and great kings will make him their servant.
  3. "It will be, that the nation or the kingdom which will not serve him, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and which will not put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will punish that nation with the sword, with famine and with pestilence," declares the LORD, "until I have destroyed it by his hand.
  4. "But as for you, do not listen to your prophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your soothsayers or your sorcerers who speak to you, saying, 'You will not serve the king of Babylon.'
  5. "For they prophesy a lie to you in order to remove you far from your land; and I will drive you out and you will perish.
  1. しかし， 首を 差し 出して バビロン の 王の 阿を 負い， 彼に 仕えるならば， わたしはその 國民を 國土に 殘す， と 主は 言われる． そして 耕作をさせ， そこに 住まわせる． 」
  2. ユダ の 王 ゼデキヤ にも， わたしは 同じような 言葉をすべて 語った． 「首を 差し 出して， バビロン の 王の 阿を 負い， 彼とその 民に 仕えよ． そうすれば 命を 保つことができる．
  3. どうして， あなたもあなたの 民も， 劍， 飢鴨， 疫病などで 死んでよいであろうか． 主が バビロン の 王に 仕えようとしない 國に 宣言されたように，
  4. バビロン の 王に 仕えるな， と 言っている 預言者たちの 言葉に 從ってはならない． 彼らはあなたたちに 僞りの 預言をしているのだ．
  5. 主は 言われる． わたしは 彼らを 派遣していないのに， 彼らはわたしの 名を 使って 僞りの 預言をしている． 彼らに 從うならば， わたしはあなたたちを 追い 拂い， あなたたちとあなたたちに 預言している 預言者を 滅ぼす． 」
  1. "But the nation which will bring its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let remain on its land," declares the LORD, "and they will till it and dwell in it."'"
  2. I spoke words like all these to Zedekiah king of Judah, saying, "Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him and his people, and live!
  3. "Why will you die, you and your people, by the sword, famine and pestilence, as the LORD has spoken to that nation which will not serve the king of Babylon?
  4. "So do not listen to the words of the prophets who speak to you, saying, 'You will not serve the king of Babylon,' for they prophesy a lie to you;
  5. for I have not sent them," declares the LORD, "but they prophesy falsely in My name, in order that I may drive you out and that you may perish, you and the prophets who prophesy to you."
  1. わたしは 祭司たちと， この 民のすべてに 向かって 言った． 「主はこう 言われる． 主の 神殿の 祭具は 今すぐにも バビロン から 戾って 來る， と 預言している 預言者たちの 言葉に 聞き 從ってはならない． 彼らは 僞りの 預言をしているのだ．
  2. 彼らに 聞き 從うな． バビロン の 王に 仕えよ． そうすれば 命を 保つことができる． どうしてこの 都が 廢虛と 化してよいだろうか．
  3. もし， 彼らが 預言者であり， 主の 言葉を 受けているなら， 主の 神殿と ユダ の 王の 宮殿と エルサレム に 殘っている 祭具が バビロン へ 持ち 去られないよう， 万軍の 主に 願うがよい． 」
  4. 万軍の 主は， 靑銅の 柱， 「海 」， 台， そのほか， この 都に 殘っている 祭具について， こう 言われる．
  5. これらの 物は， バビロン の 王 ネブカドネツァル が， ユダ の 王， ヨヤキム の 子 エコンヤ と ユダ および エルサレム の 貴族たちを， エルサレム から バビロン へ 捕囚として 移したとき， 持ち 去らなかったものである．
  1. Then I spoke to the priests and to all this people, saying, "Thus says the LORD: Do not listen to the words of your prophets who prophesy to you, saying, 'Behold, the vessels of the LORD'S house will now shortly be brought again from Babylon'; for they are prophesying a lie to you.
  2. "Do not listen to them; serve the king of Babylon, and live! Why should this city become a ruin?
  3. "But if they are prophets, and if the word of the LORD is with them, let them now entreat the LORD of hosts that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, in the house of the king of Judah and in Jerusalem may not go to Babylon.
  4. "For thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, concerning the sea, concerning the stands and concerning the rest of the vessels that are left in this city,
  5. which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon did not take when he carried into exile Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem.
  1. イスラエル の 神， 万軍の 主は， 主の 神殿， ユダ の 王の 宮殿， および エルサレム に 殘っている 祭具について， こう 言われる．
  2. 「これらの 器具は バビロン へ 持ち 去られ， わたしが 顧みる 日まで， そこにとどめ 置かれる， と 主は 言われる． しかし， わたしはこれらの 器具をこの 場所に 持ち 歸らせる． 」
  1. "Yes, thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that are left in the house of the LORD and in the house of the king of Judah and in Jerusalem,
  2. 'They will be carried to Babylon and they will be there until the day I visit them,' declares the LORD 'Then I will bring them back and restore them to this place.'"
