욥기 37:1-38:41

 엘리후는 욥에게 자연을 통해 나타난 하나님의 위엄과 능력을 생각하라고 하였다. 그런데 그때 하나님께서 직접 개입하셔서 폭풍 가운데 욥에게 나타나셨다. 그리고 하나님은 욥에게 질문하시고 그의 답변을 요구하셨다.
  
  욥에게 말씀하시는 하나님(37:1-38:41)    
 
  1. これによって 私の 心はおののき， その 所からとびのく．
  2. しかと 聞け． その 御聲の 荒れ 狂うのを． その 御口から 出るとどろきを．
  3. 神はそのいなずまを 全天の 下， まっすぐに 進ませる． それを 地の 果て 果てまでも．
  4. そのあとでかみなりが 鳴りとどろく． 神はそのいかめしい 聲で 雷鳴をとどろかせ， その 聲の 聞こえるときも， いなずまを 引き 止めない．
  5. 神は， 御聲で 驚くほどに 雷鳴をとどろかせ， 私たちの 知りえない 大きなことをされる．
  1. "At this my heart pounds and leaps from its place.
  2. Listen! Listen to the roar of his voice, to the rumbling that comes from his mouth.
  3. He unleashes his lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the ends of the earth.
  4. After that comes the sound of his roar; he thunders with his majestic voice. When his voice resounds, he holds nothing back.
  5. God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding.
  1. 神は 雪に 向かって， 地に 降れ， と 命じ， 夕立に， 激しい 大雨に 命じる．
  2. 神はすべての 人の 手を 封じ ¿める． 神の 造った 人間が 知るために．
  3. ¿は 巢にもぐり， ほら 穴にうずくまる．
  4. つむじ 風は 天の 室から 吹き， 寒さは 北から 來る．
  5. 神の 息によって 氷が 張り， 廣い 水が 凍りつく．
  1. He says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth,' and to the rain shower, 'Be a mighty downpour.'
  2. So that all men he has made may know his work, he stops every man from his labor.
  3. The animals take cover; they remain in their dens.
  4. The tempest comes out from its chamber, the cold from the driving winds.
  5. The breath of God produces ice, and the broad waters become frozen.
  1. 神は 濃い 雲に 水氣を 負わせ， 雲が， そのいなずまをまき 散らす．
  2. これは 神の 指圖によって 巡り 回り， 命じられるままに 世界の 地の 面で 事を 行なう．
  3. 神がこれを 起こさせるのは， 懲らしめのため， あるいは， ご 自身の 地のため， あるいは， 惠みを 施すためである．

  1. He loads the clouds with moisture; he scatters his lightning through them.
  2. At his direction they swirl around over the face of the whole earth to do whatever he commands them.
  3. He brings the clouds to punish men, or to water his earth and show his love.
  4. "Listen to this, Job; stop and consider God's wonders.
  5. Do you know how God controls the clouds and makes his lightning flash?
  1. あなたは 濃い 雲のつり 合いを 知っているか． 完全な 知識を 持つ 方の 不思議なみわざを．
  2. また， 南風で 地がもだすとき， あなたの 着物がいかに 熱くなるかを．

  1. Do you know how the clouds hang poised, those wonders of him who is perfect in knowledge?
  2. You who swelter in your clothes when the land lies hushed under the south wind,
  3. can you join him in spreading out the skies, hard as a mirror of cast bronze?
  4. "Tell us what we should say to him; we cannot draw up our case because of our darkness.
  5. Should he be told that I want to speak? Would any man ask to be swallowed up?
  1. 今， 雨雲の 中に 輝いている 光を 見ることはできない． しかし， 風が 吹き 去るとこれをきよめる．
  2. 北から 黃金の 輝きが 現われ， 神の 回りには 恐るべき 尊嚴がある．
  3. 私たちが 見つけることのできない 全能者は， 力とさばきにすぐれた 方． 義に 富み， 苦しめることをしない．
  4. だから， 人¿は 神を 恐れなければならない． 神は 心のこざかしい 者を 決して 顧みない．
  1. Now no one can look at the sun, bright as it is in the skies after the wind has swept them clean.
  2. Out of the north he comes in golden splendor; God comes in awesome majesty.
  3. The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress.
  4. Therefore, men revere him, for does he not have regard for all the wise in heart? "
 
 
  1. 主はあらしの 中から ヨブ に 答えて 仰せられた．
  2. 知識もなく 言い 分を 述べて， 攝理を 暗くするこの 者はだれか．
  3. さあ， あなたは 勇士のように 腰に 帶を 締めよ． わたしはあなたに 尋ねる． わたしに 示せ．
  4. わたしが 地の 基を 定めたとき， あなたはどこにいたのか． あなたに 悟ることができるなら， 告げてみよ．
  5. あなたは 知っているか． だれがその 大きさを 定め， だれが 測りなわをその 上に 張ったかを．
  1. Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said:
  2. "Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge?
  3. Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me.
  4. "Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell me, if you understand.
  5. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it?
  1. その 台座は 何の 上にはめ ¿まれたか． その 隅の 石はだれが 据えたか．
  2. そのとき， 明けの 星¿が 共に 喜び 歌い， 神の 子たちはみな 喜び 叫んだ．
  3. 海がふき 出て， 胎內から 流れ 出たとき， だれが 戶でこれを 閉じ ¿めたか．
  4. そのとき， わたしは 雲をその 着物とし， 黑雲をそのむつきとした．
  5. わたしは， これをくぎって 境を 定め， かんぬきと 戶を 設けて，
  1. On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone-
  2. while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?
  3. "Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the womb,
  4. when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness,
  5. when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place,
  1. 言った． 「ここまでは 來てもよい． しかし， これ 以上はいけない． あなたの 高ぶる 波はここでとどまれ． 」と．
  2. あなたが 生まれてこのかた， 朝に 對して 命令を 下し， 曉に 對してその 所をさし 示し，
  3. これに 地の 果て 果てをつかまえさせ， 惡者をそこから 振り 落とさせたことがあるか．
  4. 地は 刻印を 押された 粘土のように 變わり， 衣服のように 色づけられる．
  5. 惡者からはその 光が 退けられ， 振りかざす 腕は 折られる．
  1. when I said, 'This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt'?
  2. "Have you ever given orders to the morning, or shown the dawn its place,
  3. that it might take the earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?
  4. The earth takes shape like clay under a seal; its features stand out like those of a garment.
  5. The wicked are denied their light, and their upraised arm is broken.
  1. あなたは 海の 源まで 行ったことがあるのか． 深い 淵の 奧底を 步き 回ったことがあるのか．
  2. 死の 門があなたに 現われたことがあるのか． あなたは 死の 陰の 門を 見たことがあるのか．
  3. あなたは 地の 廣さを 見きわめたことがあるのか． そのすべてを 知っているなら， 告げてみよ．
  4. 光の 住む 所に 至る 道はどこか． やみのあるその 場所はどこか．
  5. あなたはわたしをその 國まで 連れて 行くというのか． また， その 家に 至る 通り 道を 見分けるというのか．
  1. "Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep?
  2. Have the gates of death been shown to you? Have you seen the gates of the shadow of death ?
  3. Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the earth? Tell me, if you know all this.
  4. "What is the way to the abode of light? And where does darkness reside?
  5. Can you take them to their places? Do you know the paths to their dwellings?
  1. あなたが 知っている ……そのとき， あなたが 生まれ， あなたの 日數が 多い， といって．
  2. あなたは 雪の 倉にはいったことがあるか． 音の 倉を 見たことがあるか．

  1. Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!
  2. "Have you entered the storehouses of the snow or seen the storehouses of the hail,
  3. which I reserve for times of trouble, for days of war and battle?
  4. What is the way to the place where the lightning is dispersed, or the place where the east winds are scattered over the earth?
  5. Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain, and a path for the thunderstorm,
  1. 人のいない 地にも， 人間のいない 荒野にも， 雨を 降らせ，
  2. 荒れ 果てた 廢墟の 地を 滿ち 足らせ， それに 若草を 生やすのか．
  3. 雨に 父があるか． 露のしずくはだれが 生んだか．
  4. 氷はだれの 胎から 生まれ 出たか． 空の 白い 霜はだれが 生んだか．
  5. 水は 姿を 變えて 石のようになり， 深い 淵の 面は 凍る．
  1. to water a land where no man lives, a desert with no one in it,
  2. to satisfy a desolate wasteland and make it sprout with grass?
  3. Does the rain have a father? Who fathers the drops of dew?
  4. From whose womb comes the ice? Who gives birth to the frost from the heavens
  5. when the waters become hard as stone, when the surface of the deep is frozen?
  1. あなたはすばる 座の 鎖を 結びつけることができるか． オリオン 座の 綱を 解くことができるか．
  2. あなたは 十二宮をその 時¿にしたがって 引き 出すことができるか． 牡牛座をその 子の 星とともに 導くことができるか．
  3. あなたは 天の 法令を 知っているか． 地にその 法則を 立てることができるか．
  4. あなたの 聲を 雲にまであげ， みなぎる 水にあなたをおおわせることができるか．
  5. あなたはいなずまを 向こうに 行かせ， 「私たちはここです． 」とあなたに 言わせることができるか．
  1. "Can you bind the beautiful Pleiades? Can you loose the cords of Orion?
  2. Can you bring forth the constellations in their seasons or lead out the Bear with its cubs?
  3. Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God's dominion over the earth?
  4. "Can you raise your voice to the clouds and cover yourself with a flood of water?
  5. Do you send the lightning bolts on their way? Do they report to you, 'Here we are'?
  1. だれが 心のうちに 知惠を 置いたか． だれが 心の 奧に 悟りを 與えたか．
  2. だれが 知惠をもって 雨雲を 數えることができるか． だれが 天のかめを 傾けることができるか．
  3. ちりが 溶け 合ってかたまりとなり， 土くれが 堅く 固まるとき．
  4. あなたは 雌獅子のために 獲物を 狩り， 若い 獅子の 食欲を 滿たすことができるか．
  5. それらがほら 穴に 伏し， 茂みの 中で 待ち 伏せしているときに．
  1. Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind ?
  2. Who has the wisdom to count the clouds? Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens
  3. when the dust becomes hard and the clods of earth stick together?
  4. "Do you hunt the prey for the lioness and satisfy the hunger of the lions
  5. when they crouch in their dens or lie in wait in a thicket?
  1. 烏の 子が 神に 向かって 鳴き 叫び， 食物がなくてさまようとき， 烏にえさを 備えるのはだれか．
  1. Who provides food for the raven when its young cry out to God and wander about for lack of food?
