- 私の 心の 苦しみが 大きくなりました． どうか， 苦惱のうちから 私を 引き 出してください．
- 私の 惱みと 勞苦を 見て， 私のすべての 罪を 赦してください．
- 私の 敵がどんなに 多いかを 見てください． 彼らは 暴虐な 憎しみで， 私を 憎んでいます．

- Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
- The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
- Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
- Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
- O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
