미가

  미가는 북이스라엘과 남유다를 향해 예언한 선지자로, 요담 말기부터 히스기야 시대까지 활동한 것으로 보인다. 당시 앗수르는 디글랏 빌레셋 3세가 왕위에 올라 남진 정책을 폈다. 이로 인해 북이스라엘과 남유다는 앗수르의 침략 위협에 직면하고 있었다. 이러한 상황에서 남유다와 북이스라엘에는 국력을 정비하는 일이 무엇보다도 급선무였다. 그러나 그들은 국력을 정비하기보다는 정치적, 사회적, 종교적, 도덕적으로 더욱 타락해 가는 양상을 보였다. 이러한 상황에서 미가는 남북 왕국의 멸망과 그 후에 있을 하나님의 구원을 전하기 위해 본서를 기록하였다.

  본서는 하나님을 격노케 한 사마리아와 예루살렘의 죄상을 고발하고 하나님의 심판이 이미 정해졌음을 경고하며 그들의 회개를 촉구하고 있다. 또한 다윗의 언약이 장차 메시아 왕국의 도래로 인해 성취될 것임을 예언함으로써 소망을 주고 있다.

 

 

미가 1:1-3:12

 미가는 하나님의 말씀에 따라 전 이스라엘을 향해 심판을 선포하고 사마리아의 멸망을 예언하였다. 그는 약하고 가난한 자를 억압한 권세자들의 죄와 참선지자의 예언보다 자신의 뜻에 맞춰 주는 거짓 선지자의 말을 청종했던 백성들의 죄를 책망한 후, 예루살렘과 성전의 파괴를 예언하였다.
  
  이스라엘의 심판(1:1-3:12)    
 
  1. ユダ の 王 ヨタム ， アハズ ， ヒゼキヤ の 時代に， モレシェテ 人 ミカ にあった 主のことば． これは 彼が サマリヤ と エルサレム について 見た 幻である．
  2. すべての 國¿の 民よ． 聞け． 地と， それに 滿ちるものよ． 耳を 傾けよ． 神である 主は， あなたがたのうちで 證人となり， 主はその 聖なる 宮から 來て 證人となる．
  3. 見よ． 主は 御住まいを 出， 降りて 來て， 地の 高い 所を 踏まれる．

  1. The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.
  2. Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.
  3. For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.
  4. And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
  5. For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
  1. わたしは サマリヤ を 野原の 廢虛とし， ぶどうを 植える 畑とする． わたしはその 石を 谷に 投げ 入れ， その 基をあばく．
  2. そのすべての 刻んだ 像は 打ち ¿かれ， その 儲けはみな， 火で 燒かれる． わたしはそのすべての 偶像を 荒廢させる． それらは 遊女の 儲けで 集められたのだから， 遊女の 儲けに 返る．
  3. このために， わたしは 嘆き， 泣きわめき， はだしで， 裸で 步こう． わたしは ジャッカル のように 嘆き， だちょうのように 悲しみ 泣こう．
  4. まことに， その 打ち 傷はいやしがたく， それは ユダ にまで 及び， わたしの 民の 門， エルサレム にまで 達する．
  5. ガテ で 告げるな． 激しく 泣きわめくな． ベテ · レアフラ でちりの 中にころび 回れ．
  1. Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
  2. And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.
  3. Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.
  4. For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
  5. Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
  1. シャフィル に 住む 者よ． 裸で 恥じながら 過ぎて 行け． ツァアナン に 住む 者は 出て 來ない． ベテ · エツェル の 嘆きは， あなたがたから， 立つ 所を 奪い 取る．
  2. マロテ に 住む 者が， どうして， しあわせを 待ち 望めよう． エルサレム の 門に， 主からわざわいが 下ったのに．
  3. ラキシュ に 住む 者よ． 戰車に 早馬をつなげ． それは シオン の 娘にとって 罪の 初めであった． イスラエル の 犯したそむきの 罪が， あなたのうちに 見つけられたからだ．
  4. それゆえ， あなたは 贈り 物を モレシェテ · ガテ に 與える． アクジブ の 家¿は， イスラエル の 王たちにとって， 欺く 者となる．
  5. マレシャ に 住む 者よ． わたしはまた， 侵略者をあなたのところに 送る． イスラエル の 榮光は アドラム まで 行こう．
  1. Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.
  2. For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.
  3. O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
  4. Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
  5. Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
  1. あなたの 喜びとする 子らのために， あなたの 頭をそれ． そのそった 所を， はげ 鷲のように 大きくせよ． 彼らが 捕えられて， あなたから 去って 行ったから．
  1. Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
 
 
  1. ああ． 惡巧みを 計り， 寢床の 上で 惡を 行なう 者． 朝の 光とともに， 彼らはこれを 實行する． 自分たちの 手に 力があるからだ．
  2. 彼らは 畑を 欲しがって， これをかすめ， 家¿をも 取り 上げる． 彼らは 人とその 持ち 家を， 人とその 相續地をゆすり 取る．

  4. その 日， あなたがたについて， あざけりの 聲があがり， 嘆きの 歌が 起こって 言う． 「私たちはすっかり 荒らされてしまい， 私の 民の 割り 當て 地は 取り 替えられてしまった． どうしてそれは 私から 移され， 私たちの 畑は 裏切る 者に 分け 與えられるのか． 」
  5. それゆえ， 主の 集會で， あなたのために， くじを 引いて 測り 綱を 張る 者がいなくなる．
  1. Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
  2. And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
  3. Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
  4. In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.
  5. Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
  1. 「たわごとを 言うな． 」と 言って， 彼らはたわごとを 言っている． そんなたわごとを 言ってはならない． 恥を 避けることはできない．
  2. ヤコブ の 家がそんなことを 言われてよいものか． 主がこれをがまんされるだろうか． これは 主のみわざだろうか． 私のことばは， 正しく 步む 者に 益とならないだろうか．
  3. 以前から， わたしの 民は 敵として 立ち 上がっている． しかし， あなたがたは， 戰いをやめて 安らかに 過ごしている 者たちのみごとな 上着をはぎ 取る．
  4. あなたがたは， わたしの 民の 女たちを， その 樂しみの 家から 追い 出し， その 幼子たちから， わたしの 譽れを 永遠に 取り 去る．
  5. さあ， 立ち 去れ． ここはいこいの 場所ではない． ここは 汚れているために 滅びる． それはひどい 滅びだ．
  1. Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.
  2. O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
  3. Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
  4. The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.
  5. Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
  1. もし 人が 風のまにまに 步き 回り， 僞りを 言って， 「私はあなたがたに， ぶどう 酒と 强い 酒について 一言しよう． 」と 言うなら， その 者こそ， この 民のたわごとを 言う 者だ．
  2. ヤコブ よ． わたしはあなたをことごとく 必ず 集める． わたしは イスラエル の 殘りの 者を 必ず 集める． わたしは 彼らを， おりの 中の 羊のように， 牧場の 中の 群れのように 一つに 集める． こうして 人¿のざわめきが 起ころう．
  3. 打ち 破る 者は， 彼らの 先頭に 立って 上って 行き， 彼らは 門を 打ち 破って 進んで 行き， そこを 出て 行く． 彼らの 王は 彼らの 前を 進み， 主が 彼らの 眞先に 進まれる．
  1. If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
  2. I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
  3. The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
 
 
  1. わたしは 言った． 聞け． ヤコブ のかしらたち， イスラエル の 家の 首領たち． あなたがたは 公義を 知っているはずではないか．
  2. あなたがたは 善を 憎み， 惡を 愛し， 人¿の 皮をはぎ， その 骨から 肉をそぎ 取り，
  3. わたしの 民の 肉を 食らい， 皮をはぎ 取り， その 骨を 粉¿に ¿き， 鉢の 中にあるように， また 大がまの 中の 肉切れのように， 切れ 切れに 裂く．
  4. それで， 彼らが 主に 叫んでも， 主は 彼らに 答えない． その 時， 主は 彼らから 顔を 隱される． 彼らの 行ないが 惡いからだ．
  5. 預言者たちについて， 主はこう 仰せられる． 彼らはわたしの 民を 惑わせ， 齒でかむ 物があれば， 「平和があるように． 」と 叫ぶが， 彼らの 口に 何も 與えない 者には， 聖戰を 宣言する．
  1. And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
  2. Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
  3. Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.
  4. Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
  5. Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
  1. それゆえ， 夜になっても， あなたがたには 幻がなく， 暗やみになっても， あなたがたには 占いがない． 太陽も 預言者たちの 上に 沈み， ¿も 彼らの 上で 暗くなる．
  2. 先見者たちは 恥を 見， 占い 師たちははずかしめを 受ける． 彼らはみな， 口ひげをおおう． 神の 答えがないからだ．
  3. しかし， 私は， 力と， 主の 靈と， 公義と， 勇氣とに 滿ち， ヤコブ にはそのそむきの 罪を， イスラエル にはその 罪を 告げよう．

  1. Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
  2. Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
  3. But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
  4. Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
  5. They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.
  1. そのかしらたちはわいろを 取ってさばき， その 祭司たちは 代金を 取って 敎え， その 預言者たちは 金を 取って 占いをする． しかもなお， 彼らは 主に 寄りかかって， 「主は 私たちの 中におられるではないか． わざわいは 私たちの 上にかかって 來ない． 」と 言う．
  2. それゆえ， シオン は， あなたがたのために， 畑のように 耕され， エルサレム は 廢虛となり， この 宮の 山は 森の 丘となる．
  1. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
  2. Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
