출애굽기 22:16-23:33

 본문에 지적된 영적, 육적 문란 죄로는 처녀의 순결을 더럽힌 죄, 무당이나 우상 숭배의 죄, 짐승과 성교한 죄 등이 있다. 하나님께서는 이 죄에 대한 처벌과 약자 보호와 종교적 제사 의무에 관하여 말씀하셨다. 또한 재판할 때 거짓 증거와 사사로운 감정을 배격하라고 말씀하셨으며, 안식일과 안식년을 지키며 매년 세 번 절기를 지키고 첫 소산물을 바치도록 명령하셨다. 그리고 하나님만 순종하고 섬기면 복을 주시겠다고 약속하셨다.
  
  행위와 공의에 대한 법(22:16-23:9)    
 
  1. まだ 婚約していない 處女をいざない， 彼女と 寢た 場合は， その 人は 必ず 花嫁料を 拂って， 彼女を 自分の 妻としなければならない．
  2. もし， その 父が 彼女をその 人に 與えることを 堅く 拒むなら， その 人は 處女のために 定められた 花嫁料に 相當する 銀を 支拂わなければならない．
  3. 呪術を 行なう 女は 生かしておいてはならない．
  4. ¿と 寢る 者はすべて， 必ず 殺されなければならない．
  5. ただ 主ひとりのほかに， ほかの 神¿にいけにえをささげる 者は， 聖絶しなければならない．
  1. "If a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged, and lies with her, he must pay a dowry for her to be his wife.
  2. "If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the dowry for virgins.
  3. "You shall not allow a sorceress to live.
  4. "Whoever lies with an animal shall surely be put to death.
  5. "He who sacrifices to any god, other than to the LORD alone, shall be utterly destroyed.
  1. 在留異國人を 苦しめてはならない． しいたげてはならない． あなたがたも， かつては エジプト の 國で， 在留異國人であったからである．
  2. すべてのやもめ， またはみなしごを 惱ませてはならない．
  3. もしあなたが 彼らをひどく 惱ませ， 彼らがわたしに 向かって 切に 叫ぶなら， わたしは 必ず 彼らの 叫びを 聞き 入れる．

  1. "You shall not wrong a stranger or oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.
  2. "You shall not afflict any widow or orphan.
  3. "If you afflict him at all, and if he does cry out to Me, I will surely hear his cry;
  4. and My anger will be kindled, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.
  5. "If you lend money to My people, to the poor among you, you are not to act as a creditor to him; you shall not charge him interest.
  1. もし， 隣人の 着る 物を 質に 取るようなことをするのなら， 日¿までにそれを 返さなければならない．

  5. "You shall do the same with your oxen and with your sheep It shall be with its mother seven days; on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.
  1. あなたがたは， わたしの 聖なる 民でなければならない． 野で ¿に 裂き 殺されたものの 肉を 食べてはならない． それは， 犬に 投げ 與えなければならない．
  1. "You shall be holy men to Me, therefore you shall not eat any flesh torn to pieces in the field; you shall throw it to the dogs.
 
 
  1. 僞りのうわさを 言いふらしてはならない． 惡者と 組んで， 惡意ある 證人となってはならない．
  2. 惡を 行なう 權力者の 側に 立ってはならない． 訴訟にあたっては， 權力者にかたよって， 不當な 證言をしてはならない．
  3. また， その 訴訟において， 貧しい 人を 特に 重んじてもいけない．
  4. あなたの 敵の 牛とか， ろばで， 迷っているのに 出會った 場合， 必ずそれを 彼のところに 返さなければならない．
  5. あなたを 憎んでいる 者のろばが， 荷物の 下敷きになっているのを 見た 場合， それを 起こしてやりたくなくても， 必ず 彼といっしょに 起こしてやらなければならない．
  1. "You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.
  2. "You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice;
  3. nor shall you be partial to a poor man in his dispute.
  4. "If you meet your enemy's ox or his donkey wandering away, you shall surely return it to him.
  5. "If you see the donkey of one who hates you lying helpless under its load, you shall refrain from leaving it to him, you shall surely release it with him.
  1. あなたの 貧しい 兄弟が 訴えられた 場合， 裁判を 曲げてはならない．

  1. "You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute.
  2. "Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.
  3. "You shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of the just.
  4. "You shall not oppress a stranger, since you yourselves know the feelings of a stranger, for you also were strangers in the land of Egypt.
 
  안식일과 절기에 대한 법(23:10-23:33)    
 
  1. 六年間は， 地に 種を 蒔き， 收穫をしなければならない．
  2. 七年目には， その 土地をそのままにしておき， 休ませなければならない． 民の 貧しい 人¿に， 食べさせ， その 殘りを 野の ¿に 食べさせなければならない． ぶどう 畑も， オリ ― ブ 畑も， 同樣にしなければならない．
  3. 六日間は 自分の 仕事をし， 七日目は 休まなければならない． あなたの 牛やろばが 休み， あなたの 女奴隷の 子や 在留異國人に 息をつかせるためである．

  3. "Six days you are to do your work, but on the seventh day you shall cease from labor so that your ox and your donkey may rest, and the son of your female slave, as well as your stranger, may refresh themselves.
  4. "Now concerning everything which I have said to you, be on your guard; and do not mention the name of other gods, nor let them be heard from your mouth.
  5. "Three times a year you shall celebrate a feast to Me.
  1. 種を 入れない パン の 祭りを 守らなければならない． わたしが 命じたとおり， アビブ の 月の 定められた 時に， 七日間， 種を 入れない パン を 食べなければならない． それは， その 月にあなたが エジプト から 出たからである． だれも， 何も 持たずにわたしの 前に 出てはならない．

  2. "Also you shall observe the Feast of the Harvest of the first fruits of your labors from what you sow in the field; also the Feast of the Ingathering at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your labors from the field.
  3. "Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord GOD.
  4. "You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leavened bread; nor is the fat of My feast to remain overnight until morning.
  5. "You shall bring the choice first fruits of your soil into the house of the LORD your God "You are not to boil a young goat in the milk of its mother.
  1. 見よ． わたしは， 使いをあなたの 前に 遣わし， あなたを 道で 守らせ， わたしが 備えた 所にあなたを 導いて 行かせよう．

  5. "You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces.
  1. あなたがたの 神， 主に 仕えなさい． 主はあなたの パン と 水を 祝福してくださる． わたしはあなたの 間から 病氣を 除き 去ろう．

  5. "I will not drive them out before you in a single year, that the land may not become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you.
