- Therefore the anger of the LORD was kindled against His people And He abhorred His inheritance.
- Then He gave them into the hand of the nations, And those who hated them ruled over them.
- Their enemies also oppressed them, And they were subdued under their power.
- Many times He would deliver them; They, however, were rebellious in their counsel, And so sank down in their iniquity.
- Nevertheless He looked upon their distress When He heard their cry;

- それゆえ， 主の 怒りがその 民にむかって 燃え， その 嗣業を 憎んで，
- 彼らをもろもろの 國民の 手にわたされた． 彼らはおのれを 憎む 者に 治められ，
- その 敵にしえたげられ， その 力の 下に 征服された．
- 主はしばしば 彼らを 助けられたが， 彼らははかりごとを 設けてそむき， その 不義によって 低くされた．
- それにもかかわらず， 主は 彼らの 叫びを 聞かれたとき， その 惱みをかえりみ，

- And He remembered His covenant for their sake, And relented according to the greatness of His lovingkindness.
- He also made them objects of compassion In the presence of all their captors.
- Save us, O LORD our God, And gather us from among the nations, To give thanks to Your holy name And glory in Your praise.
- Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, From everlasting even to everlasting. And let all the people say, "Amen." Praise the LORD!

- その 契約を 彼らのために 思い 出し， そのいつくしみの 豊かなるにより， みこころを 變えられ，
- 彼らをとりこにした 者どもによって， あわれまれるようにされた．
- われらの 神， 主よ， われらを 救って， もろもろの 國民のなかから 集めてください． われらはあなたの 聖なるみ 名に 感謝し， あなたの 譽を 誇るでしょう．
- イスラエル の 神， 主は ／とこしえからとこしえまでほむべきかな． すべての 民は「アァメン 」ととなえよ． 主をほめたたえよ．
