- Now about spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be ignorant.
- You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols.
- Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
- There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.
- There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.

- 兄弟たちよ． 靈の 賜物については， 次のことを 知らずにいてもらいたくない．
- あなたがたがまだ 異邦人であった 時， 誘われるまま， 物の 言えない 偶像のところに 引かれて 行ったことは， あなたがたの 承知しているとおりである．
- そこで， あなたがたに 言っておくが， 神の 靈によって 語る 者はだれも「イエス はのろわれよ 」とは 言わないし， また， 聖靈によらなければ， だれも「イエス は 主である 」と 言うことができない．
- 靈の 賜物は 種¿あるが， 御靈は 同じである．
- 務は 種¿あるが， 主は 同じである．

- There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.
- Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
- To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,
- to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,
- to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.

- ¿きは 種¿あるが， すべてのものの 中に ¿いてすべてのことをなさる 神は， 同じである．
- 各自が 御靈の 現れを 賜わっているのは， 全體の 益になるためである．
- すなわち， ある 人には 御靈によって 知惠の 言葉が 與えられ， ほかの 人には， 同じ 御靈によって 知識の 言，
- またほかの 人には， 同じ 御靈によって 信仰， またほかの 人には， 一つの 御靈によっていやしの 賜物，
- またほかの 人には 力あるわざ， またほかの 人には 預言， またほかの 人には 靈を 見わける 力， またほかの 人には 種¿の 異言， またほかの 人には 異言を 解く 力が， 與えられている．

- All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.
- The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.
- For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body--whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free--and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
- Now the body is not made up of one part but of many.
- If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.

- すべてこれらのものは， 一つの 同じ 御靈の ¿きであって， 御靈は 思いのままに， それらを 各自に 分け 與えられるのである．
- からだが 一つであっても 肢體は 多くあり， また， からだのすべての 肢體が 多くあっても， からだは 一つであるように， キリスト の 場合も 同樣である．
- なぜなら， わたしたちは 皆， ユダヤ 人も ギリシヤ 人も， 奴隷も 自由人も， 一つの 御靈によって， 一つのからだとなるように バプテスマ を 受け， そして 皆一つの 御靈を 飮んだからである．
- 實際， からだは 一つの 肢體だけではなく， 多くのものからできている．
- もし 足が， わたしは 手ではないから， からだに 屬していないと 言っても， それで， からだに 屬さないわけではない．

- And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.
- If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?
- But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.
- If they were all one part, where would the body be?
- As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

- また， もし 耳が， わたしは 目ではないから， からだに 屬していないと 言っても， それで， からだに 屬さないわけではない．
- もしからだ 全體が 目だとすれば， どこで 聞くのか． もし， からだ 全體が 耳だとすれば， どこでかぐのか．
- そこで 神は 御旨のままに， 肢體をそれぞれ， からだに 備えられたのである．
- もし， すべてのものが 一つの 肢體なら， どこにからだがあるのか．
- ところが 實際， 肢體は 多くあるが， からだは 一つなのである．

- The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!"
- On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable,
- and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty,
- while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it,
- so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other.

- 目は 手にむかって， 「おまえはいらない 」とは 言えず， また 頭は 足にむかって， 「おまえはいらない 」とも 言えない．
- そうではなく， むしろ， からだのうちで 他よりも 弱く 見える 肢體が， かえって 必要なのであり，
- からだのうちで， 他よりも 見劣りがすると 思えるところに， ものを 着せていっそう 見よくする． 麗しくない 部分はいっそう 麗しくするが，
- 麗しい 部分はそうする 必要がない． 神は 劣っている 部分をいっそう 見よくして， からだに 調和をお 與えになったのである．
- それは， からだの 中に 分裂がなく， それぞれの 肢體が 互にいたわり 合うためなのである．

- If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
- Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

- もし 一つの 肢體が 惱めば， ほかの 肢體もみな 共に 惱み， 一つの 肢體が 尊ばれると， ほかの 肢體もみな 共に 喜ぶ．
- あなたがたは キリスト のからだであり， ひとりびとりはその 肢體である．
