- Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
- down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
- No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.
- They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
- There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

- 御使いはまた， 私に 水晶のように 光るいのちの 水の 川を 見せた． それは 神と 小羊との 御座から 出て，
- 都の 大通りの 中央を 流れていた． 川の 兩岸には， いのちの 木があって， 十二種の 實がなり， 每月， 實ができた． また， その 木の 葉は 諸國の 民をいやした．
- もはや， のろわれるものは 何もない． 神と 小羊との 御座が 都の 中にあって， そのしもべたちは 神に 仕え，
- 神の 御顔を 仰ぎ 見る． また， 彼らの 額には 神の 名がついている．
- もはや 夜がない． 神である 主が 彼らを 照らされるので， 彼らにはともしびの 光も 太陽の 光もいらない． 彼らは 永遠に 王である．

- The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place."
- "Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book."
- I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me.
- But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!"
- Then he told me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near.

- 御使いはまた 私に， 「これらのことばは， 信ずべきものであり， 眞實なのです． 」と 言った． 預言者たちのたましいの 神である 主は， その 御使いを 遣わし， すぐに 起こるべき 事を， そのしもべたちに 示そうとされたのである．
- 「見よ． わたしはすぐに 來る． この 書の 預言のことばを 堅く 守る 者は， 幸いである． 」
- これらのことを 聞き， また 見たのは 私 ヨハネ である． 私が 聞き， また 見たとき， それらのことを 示してくれた 御使いの 足もとに， ひれ 伏して 拜もうとした．
- すると， 彼は 私に 言った． 「やめなさい． 私は， あなたや， あなたの 兄弟である 預言者たちや， この 書のことばを 堅く 守る 人¿と 同じしもべです． 神を 拜みなさい． 」
- また， 彼は 私に 言った． 「この 書の 預言のことばを 封じてはいけない． 時が 近づいているからである．

- Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy."
- "Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done.
- I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
- "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.
- Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

- 不正を 行なう 者はますます 不正を 行ない， 汚れた 者はますます 汚れを 行ないなさい． 正しい 者はいよいよ 正しいことを 行ない， 聖徒はいよいよ 聖なるものとされなさい． 」
- 「見よ． わたしはすぐに 來る． わたしはそれぞれのしわざに 應じて 報いるために， わたしの 報いを 携えて 來る．
- わたしは アルファ であり， オメガ である． 最初であり， 最後である． 初めであり， 終わりである． 」
- 自分の 着物を 洗って， いのちの 木の 實を 食べる 權利を 與えられ， 門を 通って 都にはいれるようになる 者は， 幸いである．
- 犬ども， 魔術を 行なう 者， 不品行の 者， 人殺し， 偶像を 拜む 者， 好んで 僞りを 行なう 者はみな， 外に 出される．

- "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."
- The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.
- I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.
- And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
- He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

- 「わたし， イエス は 御使いを 遣わして， 諸敎會について， これらのことをあなたがたにあかしした． わたしは ダビデ の 根， また 子孫， 輝く 明けの 明星である． 」
- 御靈も 花嫁も 言う． 「來てください． 」これを 聞く 者は， 「來てください． 」と 言いなさい． 渴く 者は 來なさい． いのちの 水がほしい 者は， それをただで 受けなさい．
- 私は， この 書の 預言のことばを 聞くすべての 者にあかしする． もし， これにつけ 加える 者があれば， 神はこの 書に 書いてある 災害をその 人に 加えられる．
- また， この 預言の 書のことばを 少しでも 取り 除く 者があれば， 神は， この 書に 書いてあるいのちの 木と 聖なる 都から， その 人の 受ける 分を 取り 除かれる．
- これらのことをあかしする 方がこう 言われる． 「しかり． わたしはすぐに 來る． 」 ア ― メン ． 主 イエス よ， 來てください．
