- 주님의 목소리가 물 위로 울려 퍼진다. 영광의 하나님이 우렛소리로 말씀하신다. 주님께서 큰 물을 치신다.
- 주님의 목소리는 힘이 있고, 주님의 목소리는 위엄이 넘친다.
- 주님께서 목소리로 백향목을 쩌개고, 레바논의 백향목을 쩌개신다.

- 주님의 목소리가, 암사슴을 놀래켜 낙태하게 하고, 우거진 숲조차 벌거숭이로 만드시니, 그분의 성전에 모인 사람들이 하나같이, "영광!" 하고 외치는구나.
