마가복음 12:38-13:13

 예수께서는 성전에서 한 가난한 과부가 헌금을 정성껏 드리는 것을 보시고 칭찬하셨다. 성전을 나가신 후 성전 파괴에 대한 예언과 재난 때의 징조를 말씀하셨다.
  
  과부의 헌금(12:38-12:44)    
 
  1. 예수께서 가르치시면서, 이렇게 말씀하셨다. "율법학자들을 조심하여라. 그들은 예복을 입고 다니기를 좋아하고, 장터에서 인사받기를 좋아하고,
  2. 회당에서는 높은 자리에 앉기를 좋아하고, 잔치에서는 윗자리에 앉기를 좋아한다.
  3. 그들은 과부들의 가산을 삼키고, 남에게 보이려고 길게 기도한다. 이런 사람들이야말로 더 엄한 심판을 받을 것이다."
  4. 예수께서 헌금함 맞은쪽에 앉아서, 무리가 어떻게 헌금함에 돈을 넣는가를 보고 계셨다. 많이 넣는 부자가 여럿 있었다.
  5. 그런데 가난한 과부 한 사람은 와서, 렙돈 두 닢 곧 한 고드란트를 넣었다.
  1. And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,
  2. And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:
  3. Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
  4. And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
  5. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
  1. 예수께서 제자들을 곁에 불러 놓고서, 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 진정으로 너희에게 말한다. 헌금함에 돈을 넣은 사람들 가운데, 이 가난한 과부가 어느 누구보다도 더 많이 넣었다.
  2. 모두 다 넉넉한 데서 얼마씩을 떼어 넣었지만, 이 과부는 가난한 가운데서 가진 것 모두 곧 자기 생활비 전부를 털어 넣었다."
  1. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
  2. For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.
 
  재난의 때(13:1-13:13)    
 
  1. 예수께서 성전을 떠나가실 때에, 제자들 가운데서 한 사람이 예수께 말하였다. "선생님, 보십시오! 얼마나 굉장한 돌입니까! 얼마나 굉장한 건물들입니까!"
  2. 예수께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "너는 이 큰 건물들을 보고 있느냐? 여기에 돌 하나도 돌 위에 남지 않고 다 무너질 것이다."
  3. 예수께서 올리브 산에서 성전을 마주 보고 앉아 계실 때에, 베드로와 야고보와 요한과 안드레가 따로 예수께 물었다.
  4. "우리에게 말씀해 주십시오. 이런 일이 언제 일어나겠습니까? 또 이런 일들이 이루어지려고 할 때에는, 무슨 징조가 있겠습니까?"
  5. 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "누구에게도 속지 않도록 조심하여라.
  1. And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
  2. And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
  3. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
  4. Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?
  5. And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:
  1. 많은 사람이 내 이름으로 와서는 '내가 그리스도다' 하면서, 많은 사람을 속일 것이다.
  2. 또 너희는 여기저기에서 전쟁이 일어난 소식과 전쟁이 일어날 것이라는 소문을 듣게 되어도, 놀라지 말아라. 이런 일이 반드시 일어나야 한다. 그러나 아직 끝은 아니다.
  3. 민족과 민족이 맞서 일어나고, 나라와 나라가 맞서 일어날 것이며, 지진이 곳곳에서 일어나고, 기근이 들 것이다. 이런 일들은 진통의 시작이다.
  4. 너희는 스스로 조심하여라. 사람들이 너희를 법정에 넘겨줄 것이며, 너희가 회당에서 매를 맞을 것이다. 또 너희는 나 때문에 총독들과 임금들 앞에 서게 되고, 그들에게 증언할 것이다.
  5. 먼저 복음이 모든 민족에게 전파되어야 한다.
  1. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
  2. And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
  3. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
  4. But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
  5. And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
  1. 사람들이 너희를 끌고 가서 넘겨줄 때에, 너희는 무슨 말을 할까 하고 미리 걱정하지 말아라. 무엇이든지 그 시각에 말할 것을 너희에게 지시하여 주시는 대로 말하여라. 말하는 이는 너희가 아니라 성령이시다.
  2. 형제가 형제를 죽음에 넘겨주고, 아버지가 자식을 또한 그렇게 하고, 자식이 부모를 거슬러 일어나서 부모를 죽일 것이다.
  3. 너희는 내 이름 때문에 모든 사람에게서 미움을 받을 것이다. 그러나 끝까지 견디는 사람은 구원을 받을 것이다."
  1. But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
  2. Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
  3. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
