- 하나님, 주님의 한결같은 사랑으로 내게 자비를 베풀어 주십시오. 주님의 크신 긍휼을 베푸시어 내 반역죄를 없애 주십시오.
- 내 죄악을 말끔히 씻어 주시고, 내 죄를 깨끗이 없애 주십시오.
- 나의 반역을 내가 잘 알고 있으며, 내가 지은 죄가 언제나 나를 고발합니다.
- 주님께만, 오직 주님께만, 나는 죄를 지었습니다. 주님의 눈 앞에서, 내가 악한 짓을 저질렀으니, 주님의 판결은 옳으시며 주님의 심판은 정당합니다.
- 실로, 나는 죄 중에 태어났고, 어머니의 태 속에 있을 때부터 죄인이었습니다.

- Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
- Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
- For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
- Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
- Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
